تلتزم القوة المشتركة بالمواثيق الدولية في معاملة أسرى الحرب لمليشيا الدعم السريع المتمردة
في إطار العمليات العسكرية الجارية عبر مختلف المحاور، وإيماناً منا بالمبادئ الإنسانية والأخلاقية الراسخة، تواصل "القوة المشتركة لحركات الكفاح المسلح" تعاملها مع أسرى الحرب من مليشيا الدعم السريع وفق أعلى المعايير، وبما يتماشى كلياً مع قواعد الاشتباك والمواثيق الدولية ذات
تضع قيادة القوة المشتركة معاملة الأسرى في صلب أولوياتها، انطلاقاً من:
المرجعية الأخلاقية: حيث تُعتبر معاملة الأسير بكرامة وإنسانية قيمة عليا لا تقبل المساومة.
الالتزام القانوني: بالعمل وفق نصوص اتفاقيات جنيف والبروتوكولات الإضافية الخاصة بمعاملة أسرى الحرب، والتي تُعد الإطار الملزم للممارسات الميدانية.
تترجم القوة المشتركة التزامها النظري إلى إجراءات عملية ملموسة على الأرض، تشمل:
توفير المتطلبات الأساسية: تقوم القوة المشتركة بتأمين كافة المستلزمات الضرورية للأسرى، من مأوى مناسب، وطعام وشراب كافيين، ورعاية صحية فورية ومستمرة، حرصاً على الحفاظ على صحتهم وسلامتهم البدنية.
· الالتزام بقواعد الاشتباك: يتم التعامل مع الأسرى منذ لحظة الأسر وفق بروتوكولات أمنية وإنسانية صارمة، تحظر أي إساءة جسدية أو معنوية، وتضمن نقلهم بسلام إلى مراكز الاحتجاز المخصصة.
· حماية الحقوق: تضمن القوة المشتركة للأسير كافة حقوقه المكفولة دولياً، بما في ذلك حقه في عدم التعرض للإهانات، وحقه في التواصل (وفق الضوابط الأمنية)، وتلقي العلاج، وعدم تقديمه لمحاكمات استثنائية.
لضمان الالتزام الكامل بهذه المعايير، أنشأت القوة آلية رقابية دائمة لمتابعة أوضاع الأسرى في جميع مراكز الاحتجاز، والتحقيق الفوري في أي مخالفة محتملة، وتصحيحها، مما يعكس جدية القيادة في تطبيق سياستها الإنسانية.
تؤكد "القوة المشتركة لحركات الكفاح المسلح" مجدداً أن نهجها في معاملة أسرى الحرب هو نهج ثابت لا يتأثر بتقلبات الظروف الميدانية، وهو جزء لا يتجزأ من هويتها التحررية وشرعيتها الأخلاقية. وتعيد التأكيد على أن جميع عملياتها، بما فيها التعامل مع الأسرى، تخضع للمرجعية القانونية الدولية، سعياً منها لإرساء معايير مهنية وأخلاقية رفيعة في التعامل مع ملف الأسرى.

The Joint Forces reaffirm their commitment to international conventions regarding the humane treatment of prisoners of war belonging to the Rebel Rapid Support Forces (RSF).
In the context of ongoing military operations across various fronts, and guided by our unwavering belief in humanitarian and moral principles, the Joint Forces of the Armed Struggle Movements continue to uphold the highest standards in the treatment of prisoners of war from the RSF militia. This commitment fully aligns with the rules of engagement and relevant international conventions.
The leadership of the Joint Forces places the humane treatment of prisoners at the core of its priorities, based on the following pillars:
Moral Responsibility: Treating prisoners with dignity and humanity is a fundamental value that admits no compromise.
Legal Obligation: The Forces operate in full accordance with the Geneva Conventions and their Additional Protocols concerning the treatment of prisoners of war, which serve as the binding framework for field practices.
The Joint Forces translate these commitments into practical and tangible measures on the ground, including:
Provision of Basic Needs: The Forces ensure all essential requirements for prisoners — adequate shelter, sufficient food and water, and immediate and continuous medical care — to preserve their health and physical safety.
Adherence to Rules of Engagement: Prisoners are treated from the moment of capture in strict accordance with security and humanitarian protocols that prohibit any form of physical or psychological abuse, ensuring their safe transfer to designated detention facilities.
Protection of Rights: The Forces guarantee all internationally recognized rights of prisoners, including protection from humiliation, the right to communication (within security limits), access to medical treatment, and immunity from unlawful or exceptional trials.
To ensure full compliance with these standards, the Forces have established a permanent monitoring mechanism to oversee the conditions of prisoners in all detention centers, conduct immediate investigations into any potential violations, and enforce corrective measures — reflecting the leadership’s firm commitment to its humanitarian policy.
The Joint Forces of the Armed Struggle Movements reiterate that their approach to the treatment of prisoners of war is principled and consistent, unaffected by battlefield circumstances. It forms an integral part of their liberation identity and moral legitimacy. The Forces reaffirm that all their operations — including the handling of prisoners — are governed by international legal frameworks, with the aim of upholding the highest professional and ethical standards in managing the issue of prisoners.
