Ever notice how we hit a goal, and two minutes later… we’ve already moved on to the next one?

I just got back from 10 days in Jamaica. Sun, beaches, and one too many desserts celebrating my birthday (Turning 32 this week)

It really got me thinking. How many times do we actually celebrate what we have achieved?

For so long me personally completely ignored all of the big milestones in my life such as:

100,000 YouTube subscribers
1 million followers across platforms
First Amazon sale
First £1M on Amazon
Then £5M
First coaching sale
…and on and on.

Each one felt like, “Cool. What’s next?”

And that’s the trap, isn’t it? We get so focused on what’s next that we forget what we’ve already achieved.

So this email is just your reminder:

Posted your first video? Celebrate that sh*t

Got 1,000 followers? That’s a win

Made your first sale? Get yourself a small gift

Because if we don’t slow down and acknowledge the wins - why are we even doing it?

It’s so easy to let success become the minimum standard...But you’re doing better than you think.

Keep pushing,

Ben

P.S. Hit reply and tell me your last win, no matter how small. I’ll read every one.

This is a weird one for me to write…
I’ve never been into the whole visualisation, journaling, affirmation stuff.
It always felt… fluffy or in other words bunch of b*******

But a couple months ago, I was convinced to try it.
I thought, what have I got to lose?
So I sat down and wrote out my financial goals for the next 3, 6, 12, and 24 months.

But here’s the twist…

For each time frame, I wrote 3 versions of the goal:
• Conservative – A solid stretch, but very doable.
• Ambitious – Would take a lot of momentum (and maybe some luck).
• Outrageous – The kind of goal that makes you laugh because it’s just so far-fetched.

Then I went a step further.
I plastered those goals everywhereeeee.

Laptop wallpaper. Phone lock screen. Even stuck it on the fridge door. The fridge magnets had to go...

Fast forward 2 months to today:

I hit my Outrageous goal.

The one that was supposed to take until August.

I don’t fully understand it, but I think something happens when you show your brain a clear problem.
It starts looking for solutions everywhere....
And suddenly, your daily actions start aligning without you even trying that hard.

Hope you have a lovely weekend!

Happy Monday!

In a world where we’re constantly comparing ourselves to the “best of the best,” I want to remind you of something simple:

Celebrate the small wins.

Here’s why:

1. What we see online is filtered. The people you compare yourself to... You’re only seeing their best bits. You don’t see the loss, the stress, the setbacks behind the scenes.

2. If you don’t celebrate now, when will you? Are you really going to wait until you’re making millions to feel proud? Because chances are, even then, it still won’t feel like enough.(Trust me)

And if you don’t enjoy the journey, you’re way more likely to burn out and quit.

Even me,some people think I’ve got it all figured out. But truth is…

– I’ve lost money on bad investments
– I’ve been scammed more than once
– I’ve had tough moments with people closest to me

None of that shows up on social media.

So if you just made your first video? Celebrate that st.**
Got 100 views? Celebrate that st.**
Booked your first sales call? Celebrate that st.**

Because if you don’t… then what’s the point?

Keep going. You’re doing better than you think ;)
– Ben

P.S. If you’re ready to turn those small wins into consistent income, I’m opening a few spots for 1:1 coaching before price rises in June.

That's right I said it... You are just not good enough...

Now listen I get it, we live in the world where things are never our fault.

"We're just unlucky" "Our time will come"

These sort of bull**** sayings is what makes people feel better about themselves are prevents them from reaching their goals.

So in the spirit of "tough love" (you know I like me some tough love)

You're not making $10,000+ per month because you're not good enough

Your videos are not getting millions of views because you're not good enough.

Your business isn't doing as well as you would have hoped, because guess what... You're not good enough...

See all of these accomplishments/results/achievements or whatever you want to call them come from directly who we become as people. They are the consequence, the outcome of who we become as individuals...

So if you're lazy, unambitious, and misinformed your results won't be great.

Whilst if you're the exact opposite its just a matter of time for you to achieve what you want out of life...

The silver lining to all of this is simple: Everything that happens to you IS IN YOUR CONTROL and just because you're not good enough right now, does not mean you can't improve and the results will follow.

"people really overestimate what can be done in a day, but really underestimate what can be done in a year" - Someone....

Happy Monday!!!!

I know they’re usually not so “happy” but when you’ve been out of the country you realise how much you miss the usual routine…

Even though it was a slow start my brother has reported that he averaged around 9 sales in his new toy store (he needs about 4 to break-even)

Obviously I am super happy for him but at the same time it got me thinking… Everyone (including me) around him told him it was a bad idea to start

My parents thought he had no experience and getting into an expensive lease is just too risky

His friends were laughing at him and kept telling him to get a real job
Even me, based on my experience I kept encouraging him to start an online business instead.

But nope… He took the risk did what he wanted to do and is now showing off to all of us of how well his business is doing

All jokes aside, people will question you, doubt you and even laugh at you (even the people closest to you)

But it’s not their life to live it’s yours

The last thing you want to do is go into retirement with a whole bunch of “what ifs”

What if I started that business?

What if I took that opportunity?

What if I lived in that country?

In other news, going in for a small operation tomorrow (the lump on my back you may remember..)
Wish me luck, (might need it)

Having spoken to a few of my students recently, there’s one common problem that keeps coming up
The fear of shooting your first video.

Whether it’s…

• What are my friends going to think?

• This feels so uncomfortable.

• I don’t like how I look on camera.

This fear is EXACTLY why 99% of people will never start an online business.

It’s the fear of putting your face in front of a camera and being vulnerable to critique that holds most people back.

And guess what? That’s just the beginning. If you’re just starting out, there’s a good chance:

• Your video will suck.

• You’ll feel awkward speaking to a camera lens.

• You’ll get very low views.

• Editing will take forever.

• The video quality won’t be great.

But here’s the good news:

• If your video gets low views, hardly anyone will even see it.

• People care way less about you than you think.

• By the time anyone notices, you’ll be far more confident — and your videos will be 10x better.

Here’s the truth:

Other creators won’t judge you — they’ve been there too.

The people who do judge? They’ve never created anything themselves (so why would you listen to them?).

If you’re still stressed about pressing record and uploading, just reply to this email — I’ll help you through it.

A few people in my mentorship are currently struggling with picking their own niche and who it is they are trying to help.

If that’s you then listen up…
First of all if you can’t find your niche, that’s fine.
Can you find the ideal person you want to help?
Chances are that the easiest person you can help is your younger self a few years ago.
Is there some sort of transformation you have unlocked that you could teach your younger self?
And it doesn’t have to be big… It just needs to be useful for your audience.

One of my past clients now has a team of 9 people teaching kids how to improve their English grades in school… Not exactly life changing now is it…
She struggled with her own grades just a few years ago.
Figured out a way to learn in her own specific and unique way and when she got the grades she wanted, decided to teach others…
Now she’s living in Dubai, and going to festivals every other weekend…
If she can do it… So can you…

And speaking of Dubai… I’m going there next week, not because I love the culture, the sand, the buildings or the overpriced…. Well everything…
Nope, I'm going there for taxes…
But that’s a story for another day…

P.S Its now less than 10 days left to join my Creator Coach Community before the price rises (it will never be this cheap again). If you’re interest, here’s the link to join

Sooooo the first few days are in for my brother’s Japanese toy shop — and here’s how it’s gone so far:

• Monday: 0 sales (sh*t)

• Tuesday: 0 sales (f*ck… is this how it’s always gonna go?)

• Wednesday: 2 sales (okay, not great but we’re alive)

• Thursday: 9 sales (finally — some hope)

Now we wait on Friday…

But it reminded me of something I needed to relearn:

Give it time.

You can launch something amazing and still feel like it’s failing at first.

The truth is: you’re not failing — you’re just early.

If others in your niche are making money, why not you?

If you’re willing to show up, improve what’s in your control, and stick with it you can’t lose. You just need time, reps, and the right help.

Speaking of which — my Creator Coach Community is now live!!!

If you’re serious about landing dream clients and growing with content, this is for you. You'll get:

• Step-by-step course on how to go viral and get clients

• Access to our private Discord community

• Personalised feedback on your landing pages, content and emails

• Direct access to me with your questions

This launch price is only around for 2 weeks.

A few days ago, I went to see James Smith live in London.

And I walked out thinking: Sh*t. I need to rethink everything I’ve been doing in online business.

Now, I’m not even a James Smith superfan. Haven’t read his books. Haven’t tried his energy drinks. Never been to one of his events before.

But this one made something click for me.

I didn’t learn anything new exactly, but I got reminded of a few hard truths that hit way harder in person:

1.Your personal brand is more than just “value.” If all you do is teach, you’re just a sh*ttier version of ChatGPT. If all you do is show personality, you’re a vlogger people won’t buy from. The sweet spot? Mix both. Teach and be yourself. Thats how you will stand out from your competition.

2. Honest marketing is so powerful yet so rare. If you don't have any clients just yet, be honest... Tell your prospects "hey I don't have many clients therefore I'll go above and beyond to make sure you get results so you can refer me more business and I can get a testimonial" Oh and I'm 3 times cheaper than most of the other coaches out there...

Some will buy some won't but they sure as hell will respect you more. None of this "fake it till you make it" bull****

3. Email is still king - James didn’t sell out a 600-seat seminar with reels or YouTube videos. He just sent a few emails. That’s it. Just a reminder that your email list is the ONLY audience you actually own. For a whole year I was hacked on Instagram and it took ages to get my Tiktok account after that got banned... You don't want to be in that position!

Hope you have a lovely week ahead whilst I start to work on my scripts and injecting some personality into my Youtube videos. Lets see how it goes...

So, quick update from my hospital appointment:

I went in to check out this weird bump near the top of my spine — turns out, it’s not a lump… it’s just my spine sticking out because of bad posture (cheers, desk life).

But then, as I’m stood there — shirt off, back freezing in this cold hospital room — the doctor suddenly goes:

“What’s that mole on your back?”

I go:

“I don’t know… it’s just been there.”

He whips out this little microscope thingy, inspects it, and five minutes later goes:

“That might be cancerous, mate. I'm gonna have to cut it out.”

No warning. No sugar-coating. Just straight up:

“It could get really bad — and yes, it’s going to hurt.”

Honestly… no wonder I hate hospitals.

In slightly more upbeat news…

My younger brother Matt is opening up his first shop in Camden Town in a few days, and it’s actually such a cool moment for our family.

Growing up, my mum worked as a hotel maid. My stepdad’s a carpenter. No one in our family ever ran a business — until now. And being the older brother helping out with advice and ideas is something I never thought I’d be doing.

That said… I wish my advice was actually being listened to...

I’m banging on about speed and action and how to just get this Japanese toy shop open ASAP…

Meanwhile, my brother is spending 3 hours sanding the sharp corners off every single shelf because he “doesn’t like the edges.”

Like, bro… wtf are we doing here?

Anyway — this weekend, I’m renting a van (because he's not old enough) and loading up all the stock he’s been piling in his bedroom (and half the bathroom, no joke) and moving it into the shop.

Hopefully that means he’ll finally get his bedroom back… and my parents house will look a little less like a storage unit.

We’re aiming to open by the weekend, and I’m hoping he can shift at least 15 units to start.

We calculated that he needs at least 5 sales per day to break-even.

We’ll see how it goes

Oh, and tomorrow I’ll be meeting James Smith at his event.

If you don’t know him — he’s been in the social media game for over 10 years, and honestly....

He’s probably the most authentic personality out there in my opinion.

You either love him or hate him… but his confidence on camera is top tier.

I’ll let you know how it goes.

Big welcome to Sami who just joined our community.

She’s a therapist specialising in trauma, anxiety, and relationships now on a mission to grow her client base using social media.

Can’t wait to help her turn her knowledge into income

Catch you soon,

Ben
