Dinner that looks fancy but takes minutes? Yes please 🙌
These air fryer sesame-crusted tuna steaks are crispy on the outside, tender in the middle, and served with a chilli-lime yoghurt, fresh salad, and sweet corn salsa – the perfect healthy midweek meal!
🥩 Ingredients:
2 tuna steaks, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, spray oil, green leaf salad, 1 red chilli, 1 lime, 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt, 1 tbsp dried parsley, and corn salsa.
🍽 Method:
Coat tuna in sesame seeds, spray with oil, air fry at 200°C for 3-4 mins. Mix yoghurt, parsley + lime for a zingy drizzle. Plate everything up and enjoy!
