Step into a world of culinary grandeur at The Grill Room—the crown jewel of dining at Hotel Café Royal. Beneath shimmering chandeliers and gilded ceilings, we embarked on a gastronomic journey that balanced refinement with indulgence.

We began with delicate asparagus salad and a crisp, golden Cornish fritto misto, setting the stage for mains that truly dazzled: a perfectly cooked fillet steak and the exquisitely tender Fillet of Rye Bay Turbot.

To accompany, we enjoyed chervil buttered sand carrots, Koffmann’s fries, and buttered spring vegetables—each side a celebration of seasonal flavor.

Dessert was a royal finale: Annabel’s strawberries with strawberry sorbet, and the show-stopping Chocolate Mousse ‘Royale’ with honeycomb, a sweet symphony of texture and taste.
