.ldn x x presents Community Clash 360 🥊

Round 3 of the soundclash took jungle prowess to the next level, as head honcho joined forces with against renowned crew represented by and - all of who brought some serious dubplate pressure and really set the stage for a proper clash. Alongside host , this set was technical and a great showcase of the underground jungle sound.

Co-founder of the GOATed brand, , .mantra exemplified exactly why people love going to their events so much. Showcasing admirable vinyl mastery, Mantra played a wide array of Jungle flavours and even hints of Jungle-Techno. Alongside Rupture Resident , it felt like the stars aligned for a beautiful set, and a lovely combination following Storm’s.

.ldn x x presents Genesis 25’

The one and only needs no introduction here! With 30+ years of experience, the legendary First Lady of Drum & Bass knew exactly how to tear up a dancefloor. Ravaging breaks and basslines, a whole spectrum of riddims from the calm to the crazy, and with the awesome on mic duties - this was a set that will go down in the books. Energy tore through the roof.

As expected from the pioneer, loads of Headz tunes were selected, as well as classics from the likes of Adam F, Digital, Spirit, Nasty Habits, MC Fats (RIP), and many many more. Transporting us back to the 90s for real!

.ldn x x presents Genesis 25’

Cortex has been running their successful annual Genesis events for 3 years now, with this being their largest yet! Teaming up with Worlds Collide, they put on an incredible 3 room event at The Cause showcasing a breadth of the real underground rave music scene in London, with headline sets from the likes of Storm, Mantra, Fracture, Fixate and more; and showcasing talent from nearly a dozen grassroots crews.

Over in vinyl only room, familiar faces B2B laid down some of their usual darkside badness. Heavy basslines, heavy drums, heavy selection overall. You can check out the full set on our YouTube & SoundCloud page.

Cortex & Worlds Collide are coming together again on 21st February 2025 @ The Cause for their ‘Community Clash 360’. A showdown of 8 underground crews, seeing who can come up on top. Check their pages for more info and tickets!

Did we save the best till last? As an impartial poster I cannot say, but many have expressed HUGE adoration towards this set and I don’t blame them. For the only hour all night, the Corsica lighting technician actually did their damn job, and just as well cause we got to see everyone dancing it up LARGE for the Hardcore / Jungle-Techno prowess that B2B brought.

It wouldn’t have been an .uk party without a bit of 4x4 breaky goodness, and boy did this duo deliver it. Absolute bangers all set and a couple dubs there too from themselves and the close homies to rumble the dancefloor. Do you recognise any??

.uk took over .studios back in November to celebrate the birthday of a very special member -

Headlining the show was none other than , an artist that most ought to be familiar with by now. Snipa is known for her cold darkside selection and blends, but her set was made even better by the legendary old skool MC

Herbzie was one of the OGs spitting on pirate radio stations such as Rude FM alongside DJs like Chillium, E, XS, and MCs like Eksman and Wiley. Now, 30 years later, to be jumping on Silva Snipa’s set is something of a dream.

Imagine the scenes… Slamming Vinyl, Hardcore Heaven, United Dance - it’s 1996, Mitsubishi’s being popped left right and centre, whistles and horns blowing and everyone’s dancing like a maniac. Except it’s not. It’s Halloween 2024, and, while we can’t comment on the use of ecstasy, we do know the music is still alive and kickin. Happy Hardcore!!

B2B was quite something, with Aerbreak playing loads of his own productions, and Pacemaker rilling up the crowd with some harder Makina and Gabber. Massive shouts to & for putting on this unforgettable night, featuring 14 DJs 🤯 and a completely sold out Venue MOT.

When you think of Bassline in 2024, without question pops into your head. The Sheffield based label has been running for a good 14 years, shelling out culturally impactful releases from the likes of Venz, Thorpey, Superior Cornrows, KegOne, More Fool U, Samurai Breaks and many many more. For the .uk bassline rave in Bristol, core members & took to the stage doing a varied 4x4 mix.

B-B-B-B-B-B-Burgaboy !!! The Bassline legend and icon, headlined the .uk event at in Bristol a few weeks back, playing huge tracks like his 2023 P.S Remix, his ‘Right There’ Remix and own productions like Game Controlled w/ Trilla and Sing4me w/ Kdot. Striking a nice balance between the old skool b-line, new skool b-line and even some UK Bass, Burgaboy had the crowd active!
