Manchester nu-jazz hevyweights Nonunonu have a new rekkid coming up!

Nonunonu is a collective of Manchesters most in demand players. They host regular jams at the famous Band on the Wall and are currently on a collossal cross-UK tour to celebrate the release of the new album. Their music fuses instrumental hiphop, funk, new jazz, sould and jazz, with special guests from all over the scene!

The 9 piece band - featuring string quartet, guitars, piano and clarinet - traverse jazz, performing richly orchestrated ballads, intricate arrangements of jazz standards, and a selection of Tobie Medlands original compositions, which draw on free improvisation, contemporary classical and swing.
