HOW ARABS CAME TO BE IN THE NORTHERN PART OF AFRICA

Arab slavery had already begun in Africa more than 700 years before the European transatlantic slave trade.

The slave trade began when the Arabs invaded North Africa for the first time in the 7th century AD.

The first Arab entry into Africa was through Egypt.

An Arab military general named General Amir Aben Alas invaded Egypt in December 639 AD.

Amir had successfully conquered Egypt and went ahead and conquered other places such as Tunisia and western Libya.

Once these areas had been completely conquered by the Arabs, they imposed tributes of 360 slaves in all regions they occupied and controlled.

With this Islamic slave trade in Africa, North Africans were Islamized by their Arab slave masters.

The reasons why Africa backward apart from colonialism
1. Inferiority complex: this fact is vividly seen in Africans inability to value their cultural affinities, be proud of their color, and most importantly be proud of their religion. Africans are of the mindset that Africans original way of life, by which I mean our culture, religion, and political systems are evil and should be replaced by either European or Arabian lifestyle. This is a clear definition of inferiority complex.
2. Inability to reason: this is quite unfortunate that Africa which was described as the home of reasoning by many historians in the past have lost their sense of reasoning. I still don't get the fact why Africans want to be respected by Europeans when we are unable to create our own countries for ourselves instead we are still living, fighting, and dying for the economic geographical illustration created by the European for their Economic interest.
If we claim colonialism is the cause of this then let's ask ourselves this question for how long. Don't forget India was colonized as well.
3. Lack of our historical knowledge and systematic education: history has been defined as the continuous interaction between the past and present. 80 percent of Africans don't know their history. The only way a sick person can be saved is to first acknowledge the fact that he is sick. When we look at history we realize that Africa was once great at a point that even European came in search of greener pastures. We can build Africa as it was if only we know how we were before the Wightman came.
The education they say is the cradle for civilization. if so why is Africa not civilized? It is simply because we don't have a good educational system.

we all believe that Africa has a problem that's why she can not compete with other countries, making an example with your country. The true reason why Africa is the way it is today is because of historical events that transpired in the past. And for Africa to be restored one needs to venture back into history to understand how Africa was, why it was exploited by other countries and what lesson can we learn from its past to help us build the feature. Remember Africans believe that the feature is bright in the hands of the younger generation. The only way this younger generation can make it right in Africa is to understand how Africa was before the Arabians and Europeans came to the African soils. Remember the African adage that says that "you can only know where you are going to if only you know and understand where you are coming from and how far it is"
