A friend suggested changing the format from 5 to 3 and 3 Films That Have Impacted Everything In Your Adult Life was born

has the honour of being officially the first episode (30/11/2022) of 3 Films That Have Impacted Everything In Your Adult Life and her reason for choosing THE WIZARD OF OZ remains the key example I cite when explaining to future guests how to choose their 3 films.

Had a brilliant time at my first at .

Hosted a fascinating discussion about short film funds with two very talented filmmakers: Margot Roe &
Been some fantastic, top end shorts on show... held a very entertaining and engaging session about LAUNCHING YOUR ACTING CAREER and .chop.shop talked you through his processes when EDITING FEATURE FILMS
Network brunches at THE WHITE LION and post films drinks in have been bustling with film chit chat and new connections made... And finally there are the (B)Oscars tonight.
John Currie, the army of people who work with him to make it happen and all the filmmakers who attended all deserve a huge pat on the back for making it such a successful event.
No wonder this qualifying festival is so highly rated on FilmFreeway

Go see LIVERPOOL STORY directed by Daniel Draper

It’s a beautiful, almost dream like ode to a year in the city, that shines a light on the brilliant & wonderful things that go on because of the who live in the city. It looks way beyond what you might perceive to be the tropes or cliches of Liverpool and finds it’s the people who make a city vibrant, interesting & welcoming, and not the buildings or the iconic institutions. I loved it.
