Seeking a London based marketing/business Co-Founder to join me on my mission to make my startup ANARi a game changer in the Video Production world.
ANARi is far from ordinary when it comes to Video Production. We seek partnerships with businesses to provide their customers with video services. This adds to what businesses provide their customers, as well as being cost-effective and profitable since they'll receive commission for each video package sold to their customers. This niche market presents us with a variety of industries to cover, enabling us to grow on a much larger scale compared to regular production companies.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity for the marketing/business wizards who are as ready as I am to go above and beyond and embark on this ambitious, fun, creative adventure. Video production experience is not required. Great opportunity for young entrepreneurs like myself!
Requirements
Experience/knowledge in Marketing and Business Development
London based - you must live in London
Strong communication skills - you'll be communicating lots with our partnered businesses to ensure our service is marketed and promoted effectively.
Fluent in English, exceptional grammar - for writing emails etc
Visible leadership skills and desire to advance the business
Basic understanding of video production, especially the process behind client based work in the industry
Willing to assist on production as a temporary solution until the business is able to employ - basic assistance
Flexible working hours
Able to work unpaid for sweat equity in the early stages - the role is equity only at this point. Equity varies on what it is you can offer and how much time you're willing to commit whilst unpaid
Visible leadership skills and desire to advance the business
Responsibilities
Communicate with partnered businesses to ensure our service is being marketed and promoted effectively
Work closely with our production teams to ensure the content produced suits the industry and complies with partnership agreements to ensure customer satisfaction
Seek businesses who fit our partnership criteria
Create, coordinate, manage and execute all marketing strategies and implement tactical plans and improvements
Prepare presentation material that's useful for our future employees and businesses we're partnered with
Help create/improve business proposition material
Create realistic monthly/yearly plans for the business
Develop unique value propositions
Train, coach, mentor and raise the team’s ability to deliver and exceed expectations
I myself am a Television/Video Production student in my final year. My main specialties are camera operation and video editing, but I have the ability to cover all technical roles independently. While I'm strong in video production and business, I need that person whose marketing/business skills help get the ball rolling and take us in the right direction to ensure our success.
