Prone talaga sa allergies din yung mga may hika kaya nga sa minsan sabay2 yan mag silabasan.

Yung montelukast gamot sa allergic rhinitis at asthma. Pinapa maintenance din yan nh mga doctor. But kung Icompare yan sa combined inhalers aba eh mas solid na nkaka control yung inhalers.

Cguro yung allergic rhinitis yung indication dito kaya montelukast ang binigay.

Dapat take it daily and regularly as prescribed.

Kung hindi nagamot yung allergies, mag ccause yun ng nasal congestion and later eye symptoms, allergic shiners, gaya nitong na experience ng nagtanong. Ito ay sintomas ng allergic conjunctivitis.

Allergic shinners happen because the blood vessels below the eye doesn't drain normaly because of nasal congestion.

So dapat ito ay natingnan, at kung hindi na nagagamot ng montelukast ang rhinitis.. Balikan si doki at mag patingin ulit. Dapat na may intranasal steroid spray yan para mas ma control yung sintomas.

Hindi halata pero malamig na ngayown, 10 degrees habang naglalakad ako papunta sa ospital kung saan kami naka base.

Pumupuntankami sa mga bahay2 ng mga pasyente naka assign sa amin para tingnan kung kailangan ba silang iadmit sa ospital or pwede lng sa bahay gamotin.

Eh bagohan ako kakarating ko lng nung pebrero dito sa inglatera. Eh hindi pa naman ganon ka laki ang sahod kasi nga entry level. So, Nagiipon pam biling sasakyan, kung saan kailangan sa trabaho namin.

Tingin ng karamihan porket nasa UK mayaman na. πŸ˜‚ Eh akala lng yun ng karamihan. Isa yung pangarap, na sana. Totoo nga, but eventually totoo naman yon, pag ikaw ay isang nurse sa London, makaka ipon ka, malaki ang sahod compared sa Pinas. But yung gastos ay malaki rin.

Just imagine, halos 50% ng sahod mo pupunta lng sa rent. Yes 50%, mga nasa 60 to 70k pesos.. nasa London rate po yan.

But anyway.. iniiwasan ko nlng iconvert in pesos lahat, kasi napakasakit isipin, mas masakit pa sa break up, na ganon kalaki yung binibigay ko para maka stay lng sa UK and ma pursue yung UK dream.

Ika nga nung landlord ko, when you work in the NHS, the longer you stay, your salary will eventually go up.

For now, work lng muna kahit wala masyadong mga luho in life. Tapos tiis tiis lng muna sa lamig habang nag lalakad punta sa mga bahay bahay ng mga pasyente.

Unleash muna natin yung inner Elsa. Let it go. Let go! πŸŽΆπŸŽ΅β„οΈ... Hopefully the cold will not bother me when it's -1 deg. πŸ˜‚

Pwede maulaw gamay? πŸ˜‚ I was at the kitchen preparing my lamion nga purepuds corned beef when the ER consultant came in. So pakapalan nanng mukha, dami kong tinanong about what route he took to become a medical doctor in the UK.

Grabe nya ka brilliant. He took the specialist route, so specialista sya na hired sa UK. Binigyan sya visa for him and his family.

Can you imagine, I have to go through this area πŸ˜‚ just to use the train in the South Kenton station.. Gi attempt bitaw nako muagi ani drea last night mga 8pm but ngit ngit kaayo murag kanang wrong-turn-movie-feels gani. May nlng ni ron kay 6am na naa nay adlaw.
