The duo met in London in 2005 and soon after formed Attack of the Fits. Not finding an outlet for their music they built their own indie label and began self publishing and releasing in a DIY punk style. Prolific, inventive, raw and genre hopping AOTF (2005-13) recorde

d multiple Eps and Albums and produced a string of lo-fi, free form, experimental, artrock noise singles, as well as rough and ready live session recordings, before settling into producing their seminal works, The Quiet Ones. A planned 4 part set of Albums meant to chart the evolution of a boy into manhood, saw the first 2 completed.
