✨ 7 Years Overwhelmed & Exhausted... Then Everything Shifted ❀️ ✨
Mama, for 7 YEARS, "overwhelmed" & "exhausted" were my life. After my 2nd son, my body GAVE IN. Bone-weary fatigue, constant drain. 😩

Then, terrifying anxiety – triggered by traumatic birth & sepsis. Coma, therapy, years of trauma. Lost in a fog. πŸ’”

BUT even in darkness, hope found me. A friend shared a simple herbal & probiotic protocol. Sceptical, but desperate.

Slowly, GENTLY, things shifted. NOT overnight, but after a decade of struggle...

RELIEF. Energy returned. Overwhelm lifted. Anxiety eased. ✨

This journey taught me the POWER of natural solutions & listening to my body. Sharing because I KNOW how isolating chronic overwhelm & exhaustion is.

Relate to this overwhelm & exhaustion? Longing for relief & a natural path?

Please drop a ❀️ below if you relate and want to know more about the herbal and probiotic protocol that helped me reclaim my energy and life.

Let's get YOU started feeling better TODAY! Follow so you don't miss my messages!

I wish moms know that blinking eyes relax their brains and make them feel less stressed! I made a post yesterday asking how stress manifests in your body and what you notice first? Thank you so much for all your comments . I promise I will reply to them all. If you missed it, click the link in the comments to read about the signs and share yours, too!

For me, I know I'm stressed when I begin to feel some tighhtening in the corner of my eyes, or they start twiching. I didn't know this too until I started having kids and juggling work and home.

Even though I've worn glasses for most of my adult life, I didn't think my poor eyesight could have anything to do with how stressed I am or my overall health.

Until I went for my eye check sometimes ago, and I was told to blink more 😱

It's easy to openly focus on or overlook simple things such as blinking, especially if you're sitting in front of a computer for so long.

I forget to blink most of the time until it's too late, and I'm almost feeling my eyes popping out! So I'm making an aconscious effect to remember to blink consistently.

Now ,you may be wondering why I'm sharing this? Because I want you to pay attention to the things that trigger your stress...

Did you know that the adache you constantly experience may be due to stress in your eye?

Fun fact- the eye and the brain are connected, and the tears from your cry lubriclubricaterain anytime to process information.

How does the brain get lubricated when you dont cry? Through blinking!

So if you dont blink, the brain forces the tear gland to lubricate and t, at's why you get headahheadachever your brain needs to process information.

Most of the time I forget but anytime I remember and actually do it, I find so much relief and become more calmer and less stimulated whenever I combine this technique with taking a 5 minute stroll every 25 minutes at my computer.

Have you ever experienced this? Perhaps it could be dry eyes or bl red vision, share tress-reducing techniques in the comments.

And don't forget to like and follow for more stress management tips, and s ategies if you're struggling with being overstimulated from work! πŸ’–

Definitely mental wellness first moms! We can have the best intentions but when our mental health is not at par with our physical health, it is like climbing a mountain and almost running out of steam.

I made a post yesterday asking what comes first, mental health or physical health? It's so amazing to see all the different perspectives.

Moms, we deserve more than just running on empty.

We push through motherhood, bottling up our emotions because we think showing vulnerability is weakness.

We tell ourselves it's about being strong for our kids..

But here's the truth: superheroes need saving sometimes too, and running on empty takes a toll.

Exhaustion, low energy, and a constant feeling of something missing – these aren't character flaws, they're signs we need to listen to our bodies.

What if that "missing piece" isn't just about external things?

The science is fascinating: our gut bacteria actually talks to our brains, impacting mood and energy levels.

Could a stressed-out gut be contributing to that edge feeling?

Here's the good news: by taking care of ourselves, we can break the cycle and rediscover calm.

Here are some ways to start:
Listen to your body: Chronic stress can manifest as feeling on edge.

Prioritise sleep, healthy eating, and relaxation techniques.

Embrace vulnerability: Sharing your emotions shows strength, not weakness. Talk to your partner, a friend, or a therapist.

Support your gut health: A healthy gut microbiome can improve mood and stress management.

Let's prioritise self-care, not just for ourselves, but for the amazing families we nurture.

What are some things you do to recharge? Share your self-care tips in the comments!

PS: Do you know your brain and gut are connected? Let me know your opinions
