PR 1 trail: Pico do Arieiro to Pico do Ruivo hike at sunrise but the weather wasn't that great. It rained the whole day making the climb slightly harder and more slippery than usual (not that great when you're on your own with a sprained ankle 😂) 🥰

But thanks to these great big mountains in Madeira and that inclement weather for teaching me one of life's priceless and most valuable lesson - that whatever life throws at you, you don't give up. You have so much strength and power than you think. It doesn't matter how small or broken you are, or what people think you can or cannot do - if you set your mind to it, you can do it. You just have to trust yourself and you can do anything. ⛰️🌦🤎
