11 July 2025. I honestly do not expect people to agree or have the same opinions as me or others, despite what some of you might think! I fully understand that's not how the world works!

However, I would expect that grown ass women would have a little more tact! I didn't ask for your opinions on how I looked. I only did it because I'm feeling confident enough to do it and I wanted that confidence to transfer onto another human being who might need it right now!

Geoff has way more tact and yes he's had to relearn that! I presume perhaps you've never had any?

I don't know how these things work, but they really do!

I went for a larger one. It is so soft and cool. Only thing is, we're having to share it with the dogs! At least they're staying cool too!

They are a size too big unfortunately so have to send them back and get the smaller size.

These will be perfect I think for the uneven terrain he wanted them for.

🎈We are looking for more moderators for the page 🎈

As you know, I love making our followers feel heard and validated, but with such a large page, I could not do that on my own, or even with the limited help we currently have, especially when the page is very busy!

It's not a difficult role, it just needs people that have a lot of time on their hands and know a bit about social media.

Usually the main times would be during the day and up until late evening, but if we could have a larger team, then obviously it's less work for all that are helping!

If you could comment here or send me a message if you're interested, that would be amazing!

9 July 2025. Do any of you actually remember what extension, pronation and release actually used to look like for Geoff?

I'll tell you...... it was pretty much non existent or very heavily compensated!

9 July 2025. It pains me to think that ANYONE would begrudge someone, let alone a carer! This wonderful lady has written this piece in response to the negative and I hope it helps someone! It was because I shared my collagen and supplement journey and spent a little money on myself and it sparked the negative!

I've not looked after myself for 6 years. That's 6 years of putting another human before myself. Tending to their every need and necessity, all while juggling normal life and struggling at times with the menopause. All of it while working full time on social media too. I don't need an award or sympathy, but a little understanding that carers matter just as much, if not more, than the person they're caring for wouldn't go amiss!

Have some respect for others, because it could be you one day!
