Learn some 🇹🇭Thai 🇵🇭Filipino 🇲🇴Macau inspired plant based recipes with our guest chef, Tina and ft. 👩🏽‍🍳

Workshop #1:
🗓 June 28, Saturday 3:00PM-6:00PM
👩🏻‍🍳 Guest Chef: Tina - with a strong foundation in Thai cooking, her expertise is deeply rooted from her heritage as her mother hails from Thailand 🇹🇭 With more than 10+ years in passionate culinary experiences, have the opportunity to learn her Top 3 Thai recipes - veganized 🌱

- Green Curry Paste 🌿

👩🏻‍🏫 Hosted in English (with Cantonese if needed)

23/24 ✨ lessons before the year ends - prioritise your time on what needs to come and go first ✨

Thankful to have learned so much from the great when I started my baking journey👨🏽‍🍳 especially during Covid from timing which loaves need to be proofed first, weighing, shaping doughs 🍞 building your perfect base and using it as your foundation.

Baking didn’t just teach me about breads but also in becoming more patient, observant, calm and that no matter how many years of experience you have gained, it’s always eye opening to share and learn from different preferences and skills.

Although Macau is still behind in the vegan baking scene, I’m glad to have built my skills back then and gradually have veganized everything I’ve learned 🌱

Even in any recipe - if you have your own basic base - you can always add, modify and create anything you want it to be 🫶🏼 Here’s another one of my fav UK vegan bakes - date pudding topped with vegan ice cream 🤤

Just like when baking cookies 🍪 if it’s under or over baked, you adjust the temperature the next time you try again until you find the perfect temp. Or if you want to keep improving the recipe, you backtrack which area you want to test again and get better at. Took me also 3 years to keep trying ✨
