London’s own pop-R&B star steps into a new era with ‘MABEL’, her long-awaited self-titled mixtape, dropping July 25. Crafted in her own living room alongside some of her closest collaborators, the 9-track project is, in her own words, “beautiful organised chaos”, a raw, genre-blending reflection on identity, growth, and a decade in the spotlight

Her brand single ‘Love Me Gentle’ sets the tone for the project with clarity and fire! It’s a smooth, ultra-catchy R&B track that doubles as Mabel’s personal love note and warning to the music industry

The song explores the emotional cost of giving too much to a career that rarely gives back. “Don’t love me hard, love me gentle,” she pleads, in a vulnerable yet defiant anthem that touches on sacrifice, validation, and the pressure placed on women in the spotlight 🏆🏆🏆
