و لولا اختلافنا، لما كنا بهذة القوة
سنطوي صفحة الالام، و تاريخ الحروب و المعاناه
سنقف كتفاً بكتف حالمين بغدٍ مشِرق
سنحارب العنف بالسلام،
و الكراهية بالمحبة
سننادي بالحق حتى يصبح الحق لغتنا الأم
لأن لكل طفل،
و طفلة
الحق في التعبير
في التعليم و الصحة
الحق في الإنتماء الى دارٍ امِن
الحق في مجتمع خالي من العنصرية، القبلية، الجهوية،
و التمييز بشتى انواعه
نحن هنا اليوم، نيابةً عن كل طفلٍة طاحت ضحيةً للتعنيف،
و كل طفلٍ مات قبل الوصول لمدرسته، لحلمه، او لاهله
و نيابةً عن كل الأطفال اينما كانو.
و في الختام
نود ان نقول ان هذا اليوم لنا، و غداً لنا ايضاً سيكون
سنُقاوم، و نعبِّر و نغير
في هذا العالم،
If it weren’t for our differences, we wouldn't be this strong
We will leave old wounds, wars and suffering behind us
And we will stand shoulder to shoulder, dreaming of a bright future
We will fight violence with peace and hate with love
We will speak the truth like a language from our mother tongue
Because every boy and girl has the right to freedom of expression, education, health and the right to belong
And the right to a safe society free of racism, and all other types of discrimination
We are also here today on behalf of every young girl who fell victim to violence
And every single child who passed away before starting school or reaching her or his dream, or their family
We are here on behalf of all children, wherever they are
To conclude, we say: just as today is ours, so is tomorrow
We’ll continue to resist, express and be the positive change the world needs
