Gouache weekend. With an underpainting, in venetian red, in acrylic gouache.

I love the smoothness and the matt surface of gouache. But it’s so different from how I use watercolour.

This is some photoes from the 60th I found on Pinterest, the deep pit of creativity. I’m trying not to go there as it takes a week from my life every time…

Atrocities and jawdropping news daily. I don’t know when to cry and when to laugh - but I’m mostly terrified and furious. Because things spread. Faster than we think. Faster than the ice is melting.

Är det fler än jag som skapar och sedan när det är klart bara går vidare till nästa? Tittar bara frammåt. Och mu när jag blivit så glömsk är det en extra bra ursäkt…

Uppdukat för bild för tonåringen när det är måndag och sömnen varit skral.

”Men du har ju inga akrylfärger!” utbrast hon klentroget.
”Har inte jag?!” :) Jag har nog fler färgburkar på lager här än i hela bildsalen.

Today was a hard day to go to school. The teenager is studying at home. (Her mum had to go to school three times to get the right books…)

Sceptic about me having the materiel at home… I’m an illustrator and a painter! 😂 No excuses!

Nu är utställningen uppe. Hänger i två veckor. Arkivet är fullt så nu säljer jag ut bilder för att ha rum att kunna skapa fler. Och för att inte drunkna. 🤿

Det finns även ett gäng kort under varumärket von Oben (tack Lotta för att du påminde mig 🤗), små handbundna miniböcker (5x4 cm-ish) och fika.
