NOTHINGMEN mgmt & more, is a company name that pretty much says nothing and all, at the very same time.
NOTHINGMEN, because we are too old to care about things as personal egos.
NOTHINGMEN, because we are two friends, who go some twenty years back.
We have longed, for at least half as long, for the opportunity to get creative together again after having worked together on a daily basis with the Swedish, pioneer web sites dagensskiva.com and dagensbok.com at the turn of the century.
And now, finally, the time has come to get started anew. And to say that we are thrilled, and beyond stoked about it, is putting it as mildly as is humanly impossible.
The igniting factor, the "thing" that made it all fall into place, is the mind-expandingly amazing band GRASS. We are so thrilled about being the ones who are trusted to take this "diamond in the rough" as far as possible, by using our combined experience, connections and relations within the Swedish and the international music scene, and the creative magic that still is there when we work together.
As NOTHINGMEN we stay in the background, but our personal experiences of having played in touring bands, managing bands, runnings clubs, booking acts, having set up tours and promoted concerts and festivals both in Sweden and internationally, working as critics and journalists in the field of music, provides us with our own set of skills.
But we are not of importance. The artists we represent, the projects we choose to get involved in and the visions which we are invitited to help bring into realization, are what counts.
