Alii, Alexandra Stoicescu, our first coachee in PiFbase International, is now very involved in coaching youngsters in our youth community, within the project but as well in the role of Youth Hub Manager. This project helped us and her a lot to understand the role of coaching process in youth developent and use the methods in day to day activities in our youth center. This week we started a new coaching process in Asociatia Un Strop de Fericire, with almost a new and extended team of coaches and new coachees. This time we have 3 coaches working with 3 students - coachees.
One of the surprise is the presence of Stoicescu in the role of a coache, after she started the experience with 2 years ago beeing our first coachee in the process.
The aim of runing this last process in the project is to test of the hand book material issued during the project, to refect on the process and the way we can extend the use of the method in other educational areas form Romania.

Pif base International, Romania, 14 July 2020

Last dream was delivered in Romania by coach Cosmina Dumitru & her team on 8th of July.
As the the answer was “yes” and other 3 youngsters want to be involved in the process and pay forward the dream received, the story will go on after this summer holiday.

On 29th of June we fully finished the third process and our coach, Cosmina Dumitru, managed to deliver other 2 dreams to our youth community!

In our project we are now releasing the project videos made with the coaches and project managers involved in the project. Our second video is with Ali, PiFbase coachee from Romania and Laura, her PiFbase coach from Romania. They talk about their experiences and why Ali wants to become a coach and why Laura thinks other youth workers should use the method.

In our project we are now releasing the project videos made with the coaches and project managers involved in the project. First is Jack, PiFbase coach from Sweden who is giving his thought on the Experience Exchange organized in January 2020 where we shared experiences, talked about the final theme of the project: Quality in Youth work and also produced the project's podcasts and final articles on all themes.

Pif base International, Romania, May 2020

During this pandemic time, we have managed to run the project online.
We are at the end of round 3, the third process; we have 2 coaches and 4 youngsters involved in weekly activities. Last Saturday, Mistodinis Laura, one of our coaches, together with the team of our Youth Hub, organized an online dream delivery. The final was very happy, as the girl that received the dream wants to enter the process and continue to Pay it Forward to our local youth community. Radu, the 17 years- old coachee involved in this dream delivery, was very grateful because he joined this project, because by this way he better discovered himself, his superpowers, and because of the challenges has faced during the fulfilment of the dream, he is now more empowered and responsible.
Our team is very enthusiastic about the method and the results disseminated within our local youth community ; the youngsters are very willing to enter the process .

With this method we provide youth workers with a tool to include underrepresented young people in youth work activities and in the project, we are creating four intellectual outputs connected to each theme in the project. 1st intellectual output is a general coaching handbook for youth workers and a coaching handbook for PiFbase coaches. 2nd intellectual output is a general learning- and reflection book for youth workers and one learning- and reflection book for participants in PiFbase. 3rd intellectual output is a resource for social inclusion and managing diversity in youth work and 4th intellectual output is a general quality tool for youth work and one for the PiFbase method.
