Over the course of four days in Stockholm, I had the task of capturing the Basketshop Open 2024 tournament. With games taking place across 11 different arenas in Stockholm, my role encompassed not only photographing the games but also graphic design, and social media management. From the action on the court to the celebrations off it, I strived to capture the exciting moments and share it with the with players, families, and fans alike.
This marked my second consecutive year collaborating with the Basketshop Open tournament. With over 460 games and more than 1800 players participating, the task was undeniably challenging. Yet, I was able to capture the many unforgettable moments that made this event a success. Additionally, I'm proud to share that while managing their social media, we saw significant growth, with a 27% increase in followers as well as a notable increase in engagement.
Basketshop Open (Basketshop.se) is a annual youth basketball tournament organized by Duvbo IK Basket and AIK Basket for the 41st consecutive year, taking place in Stockholm.
