PolyWorks MS 2022 IR1 is now available, with IR1, you can:

• Import QIF MBD files using a new optional CAD translator.

• Inject a measured value obtained with a more accurate device
within a scanned or probed object.

• Trim measurement guides created from surface-based
features.

• Use a new parameter to improve collision detection accuracy
on CNC CMMs for the last part of the measurement path
segment near the measurement point.

• Bring measurements from Sylvac/Fowler gauges into your
inspection projects.

We are proud to release major functionalities in IR4:

• All the PolyWorks Metrology Suite products now offer a powerful new options search tool to quickly find an option that needs to be consulted or modified.
• We’re releasing a BETA version of new event triggers that allows you to associate macro scripts to interactive events to automatically execute a script before or after a given event occurs.
• You can now probe features in multiple steps with a portable metrology device or CMM using probe tips or laser tracker reflectors of different diameters.
As well, this intermediate release offers several improvements for portable metrology plug-ins, including updates for devices manufactured by API, Faro, Hexagon, and Nikon Metrology.
