My heart goes out to everyone in this world affected by racism, prejudice, judgement and who are marginalised by society, to the victims of violence, and those they leave behind. We are all part of each other, and when one hurts the whole feels it.

It is time to heal old wounds, release old patterns of behaviour, to lay at peace the old paradigm of war. To leave behind inherited patterns of hatred and prejudice. It is time for us to recognise the fragility, the vulnerability and the value of every life. To recognise our connection, our shared humanity.

We cannot heal and find peace by blaming, judging, denying, shaming. We cannot heal through wounding. We heal and come to peace through forgiveness, understanding, compassion. We heal through being Love.

Each of us has a responsibility to heal all that is within us. We must first heal ourselves. We must first love ourselves so the world may be at peace. We are all part of the matrix and everything we do as individuals contributes to the state of the whole.

I ask you to join me and open your heart, to find the place within you where the well of love resides and to offer this up to everyone in this world who needs it. Shine your soul light to illuminate truth and and show the way to deep and profound healing. What ever your offering; prayer, mantra, song, affirmations they will all be felt for the pure vibration they are....
