I had planned to go to LAXÖN for the photo exhibition that opens today 6/6 and runs until the last weekend in September.
But I don't know what to do yet. I would love to have a little more sun than what it is today.

I have been continuing to look through my photographs that I have taken between 2009 and the present.
I am still amazed by the quality of the images taken with the Nikon D60 with its 10.2 Megapixels, and also the D90 with its 12.3 Megapixels.

A few years ago I sold my Nikon 18-55mm VR kit lens because I needed the money at the time. At the beginning of 2026 I regretted it and promised myself to buy one again when the price is right. The reason I regretted selling the lens is that the VR function on a lens is very good to have now that I'm starting to get to the age where I'm not 100% steady on my hand.
So I found one on MPB that looked almost new for €67.95 which I bought. It arrived today and will be the main lens on my D90, which is still in my camera bag even though I have a newer camera.

Here is a test image with the D90 and the VR lens which had better sharpness than the one I sold.
