Our third album is planned to be released on July 25 by Black Lion Records. It is called Blodsdåd och hor (Bloodshed and whoredom) and consists of two tracks named Ett altare av skärvor (An altar of shards) and Dit gudarna trälar är (Where the gods are thralls). All music except drums were recorded by Elis in Studio Wheelmust. Drums recorded by Ulf Blomberg at HoboRec. Mixed and mastered by William Blackmon at The Overlook. Cover art by Josua Markskog. Guest vocals by Jocke Svensson.

Written earlier this year (just after we went back from our tour with Rotten Sound), recorded at Mak's, mixed by Wiliam Blackmon (Gadget) at The Overlook and mastered at AUDIOSIEGE.
We'll be on tour with Goatburner next week and we have some more to be announce for the end of 2024.

Today, as darkness sweep across our land and fall slowly turns to winter, we have the pleasure to present our sophomore album “Av stoft”. Another chapter in the Jordfäst saga, set in bygone Scandinavia where the oppressing hands of ruthless law and religion are outcompeted in brutality only by raging storms and the crushing waves of the sea. Two songs - two grim tales about life, fate and death. Without heroes - without happy endings. Really nice to have the when making cab impulses. Took a few hours today to sample my go-to bass cab setup as well as the Mesa 2x12 and a borrowed Marshall greenback cab. R121 and SM57 both multi-sampled from center to edge of cone. With a good IR loader you can easily fade between them or blend to taste!
