Her voice in this film is subtle, honest, vulnerable — and at the same time, strong as steel. It’s her authorship that shaped this story so intimately.
🎧 Best Sound — Nataliia Avramenko
Her sound design is not just technique — it’s emotion, atmosphere, the feeling of distance or closeness, silence or breath.
✂️ Best Editing — Petro Tsymbal
Petro assembled this film like a mosaic: gently and precisely, leaving room for silence where it matters, and rhythm where the heart starts racing.
📽 Best Documentary Film
🎞 Best Film
These nominations are more than just honors — they are a sign of trust in documentary cinema. In the kind of story we dared to tell.
🌍 Trishky Chuzha had its world premiere at Berlinale, and in Ukraine, it received the Main Award named after Heorhiy Matrosov at Docudays UA.
It’s a film about memory, motherhood, identity, and internal exile. About making a choice that changes everything. About staying true to yourself — even when the world around you no longer is.
🙏 If you are a member of the Ukrainian Film Academy — we would be truly grateful for your support.
Thank you for walking this journey with us!
