After six years, Novarupta’s monumental journey comes to an end! On November 8, 2025, at Monument 031 in Gothenburg, we gather for one last time.

🔥🌊💨🌍 From fire to water, air to earth, Novarupta (The final show)’s elemental tetralogy has taken listeners on an otherworldly voyage — four albums, one EP, and collaborations with 32 incredible musicians.

Now, the circle closes with a farewell concert unlike any other:
✨ 19 musicians and guest vocalists spanning every chapter of the Novarupta Universe, performing together on one stage.

But that’s not all…
🔹 Voldet – Legends of the Swedish Indie Doom scene return for their first show in 15 years.
🔹 Division of Laura Lee – Nearly 30 years strong, one of Sweden’s most vital forces in rock.

✨ On vocals: the incomparable Kristofer Åström (Fireside), Mikael Stanne (Dark Tranquillity, The Halo Effect, Grand Cadaver), Claudio Marino (Tid), Tomas Liljedahl (Norna, Breach),

Gothenburg has been a strong force within metal music since the late 80s – a movement that put this city right on top of the metal map worldwide.
At the center of this were legendary bands such as and not least

Today we remember with sadness and respect Tomas ”Tompa” Lindberg, who has left us after a period of illness. Tompa was an icon and a pioneer, whose voice and presence shaped generations through bands such as At The Gates, Skitsystem, Disfear and Grotesque – but also through all the other contexts where he gave his all: The Crown, The Lurking Fear, The Great Deceiver and Lock Up.

The metal world has lost one of its greatest, but the legacy and the music lives on.

Our thoughts and love goes to Tompa’s family

Thank you for everything, Tompa. Thank you for the passion, the power and the immortal music.

Today we had the honor of spending time with one of the most brilliant and versatile figures in the scene — Jon Ekström, known from projects like Dödsvarg, Slutavverkning, Arvsmassa, and Undercentralen.

This is the triple 7 inch single that we had the pleasure of releasing in 2013 with Dödsvarg, where Jon also collaborated with the fantastic artist Ragnar Person.

Today he just dropped his brand-new compilation album titled Årsredovisning — a captivating journey through his musical universe.
