Sophie Grace Meditations is releasing her 5th title in Danish later this fall. This time, it is the popular winter-themed sleep story for adults called "The Cozy Cabin" in English. The Danish title will be "Den hyggelige hytte. En søvnhistorie for voksne".
Once released, "Den hyggelige hytte" will join its English and Swedish sisters on audiobook apps such as Storytel, Nextory, BookBeat, Bookmate etc. Danish libraries usually welcome titles by as well. If they do, residents of Denmark will be able to listen to it for free via eReolen.

This is a very simple exercise and suits both those who are beginners and those who are used to meditating just as well. Children about 10 years old and older might also like this exercise.

When you have worked your way through your whole body, you will be given time to rest for a little while to wonderfully relaxing music by the Australian composer Christopher Lloyd Clarke.
