Grameenphone conducts a competitive talent hunt program named ‘NEXT BUSINESS LEADER’ for recruitment. Recently, ten candidates were selected through this program, and Munia is one of them. She is primarily recruited in the Sales Department as Territory Manager out of Dhaka. On the first day of her work, she went for market visits with a senior colleague, Tamjid. His job was to give her an idea of the overall tasks for the first week and the market. Let’s hear their conversation in the car.

Nafia Rahman and Ashraf Arefin have successfully completed the project of expanding Grameenphone's network in remote areas of the country. They have both lead two separate teams who contributed to this project. Completing the project successfully was a significant achievement for the company. Though they have both equally contributed to this project, a few of their colleagues are not ready to acknowledge this fact. Let's see what their colleagues Zahid, Shaila, and Tareq have to say.
