Electric Hydra come back swinging after their 2020 debut with a new album on the horizon for early 2026 and to get your engines running they have a rippin' new single! "Scent of Blood" is as kick ass and in your face as you have come to know the band to be, and this good-time rock and roll outfit surely know how to craft a bucket full of hooks, sassy sneer and effortlessly nail brazenly bold and infectiously defiant with their rock and roll attitude.
A song with a long history for the band, "Scent Of Blood" has finally hit home after having been written in 2020 and recorded twice before with different iterations of the lineup. The song's lyrics detail "..the feeling you get when you take what you want in life and take it with full force" says vocalist Sanne Karlsson, and the video's protagonist Carita, a fierce woman who doesn’t hesitate to shine embodies that admirable je ne sais quoi.

Full of fierce riffing, flames and down right fun, "Scent Of Blood" gives us a lot to look forward to with the upcoming album 'From The Fallen.'
