Well, here is the "final" (actually with two variants uploaded to this post) composite. My manually modeled (textured etc.) Pepper Mill replacing a physically incorrect object in the image for the front cover of my novel (Cannibula Rasa).

The novel itself is in review and if all goes well there it will be available on Amazon.com before the weekend.

So, here I have one image that is not exactly physically correct in every detail. In the "original image", we have some object in the upper left section that is supposed to represent, well, something from the real world. A "Pepper mill" perhaps.
Anyhow, I'm replacing it with my 3D model of a Pepper mill. And of course, my manually created model (by me) is properly modeled from a reference of an actual real world Pepper mill.

Not quite there yet. At this point it's not about perfection. But simply getting the object/prop in there, adjusting the angle/placement of the camera, trying to get it right or convincing enough.
I suppose it works just to show you the idea (with a reference to my previous post where you can see a render of the Pepper mill in full).

Enjoy the composite, as is, in its current state.

Here is something I composited in Gimp (free alternative to Ph0t0sh0p). Bit abstract.
Edges on the monument (statue) could be bettered, but for now let's just say it has a rim light. 🤔
If I didn't point out the flaws perhaps you wouldn't have noticed of course.

Modeled an object in Blender, very quick lighting setup and render.

Prompted Nano Banana 2 to give it a texture.

The first one with the hard surface look is the closest to the shape of my model. Of course the output from the generative model is a 2D image. We are not talking about a textured 3D object here.

The ref. or guidance problem can be circumvented. This was just a quick experiment.
