Elin Rombo once again embodies Primadonna Régine Saint Laurent, joined by Jeremy Carpenter as Philippe. This modern gem — a Maria Callas-inspired story about the timeless theme of the diva — is a heartfelt tribute to the art of opera, conducted by Fredrik Burstedt.

David makes his debut with the orchestra at the Gothenburg Concert Hall Göteborgs Konserthus in the Hasselblad Award Gala Concert, performing Orff’s Carmina Burana under the baton of Emilia Hoving.

Under the baton of the legendary Sir Simon Rattle, Malin Byström joins the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra (BRSO), performing alongside a stellar cast. Presented in concert version without staging, the performance features the full orchestra and choir.

✨ Karolina Bengtsson - Soprano sings Anna in Vito Žuraj’s Blühen at Oper Frankfurt!

In this contemporary opera in seven scenes, with a libretto by Händl Klaus, Karolina Bengtsson takes on the role of Anna. The production, directed by the legendary Brigitte Fassbaender and conducted by Michael Wendeberg, was commissioned by Oper Frankfurt and received its world premiere in January 2023. This acclaimed production now returns to the stage for a new run.

✨ Katarina Leoson sings the role of Ježibaba in Rusalka at the Royal Swedish Opera - Kungliga Operan !✨

Director Netia Jones has reimagined the Czech fairy-tale opera from 1901, setting it in our appearance-obsessed contemporary world. A maximalist and visually striking production – a co-production with Irish National Opera and Nouvel Opéra Fribourg.

🎶 The Royal Swedish Opera Orchestra, Chorus, and soloists are conducted by Alan Gilbert.

✨ Rebecka Wallroth makes her house debut at the Prague State Opera - Opera Národního divadla a Státní opera

Rebecka appears as Idamante in a new production of Mozart’s Idomeneo directed by Calixto Bieito. The performances are conducted alternately by Konrad Junghänel and Richard Hein.

Rebecka is engaged with Staatsoper Berlin for the next two seasons, where she will next appear as Stéphano in Roméo et Juliette.

✨ Christina Nilsson - Soprano sings Mahler’s Symphony No. 8, the ‘Symphony of a Thousand’, at Tempelhof in Berlin ! ✨

Presented by Komische Oper Berlin, this monumental work is brought to life under the baton of American conductor James Gaffigan. Eight soloists, the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin (DSO Berlin) , the Orchestra of the Komische Oper Berlin, and an extraordinary collective of choirs — Rundfunkchor Berlin, Chorsolisten der Komischen Oper Berlin, Vocalconsort Berlin, and the Children’s Choir of the Komische Oper Berlin — join forces for this exceptional performance.

✨ Christina Nilsson - Soprano returns to the title role of Aida at the Royal Swedish Opera Kungliga Operan!

This evening, Christina Nilsson steps back into the role of Aida, joining the cast for the remainder of the run alongside the wonderful Miriam Treichl as Amneris.

The soloists, chorus, and Royal Swedish Orchestra .hovkapellet are led by Vincenzo Milletarì.
