Why is it that when women embrace their , the world often pushes back?

This reflects on how society reacts to who unapologetically live in their joy. It's as if their contentment disrupts a carefully balanced narrative—one where women are expected to fit certain molds, to be content but not too content.

The backlash against happy women reveals a deeper discomfort with seeing women step into their power.

Let's amplify and 's joy because every woman deserves to shine without having to dim her light for others.

Putting myself out there has never been my strong suit. Sharing my and confidently standing in my truth? Definitely a challenge.

For the longest time, my clients have come to me through word of mouth, which has been amazing. But as someone who’s always cheering on other women to own their stories, I’ve realized it’s time to own mine too.

As time goes on, I’ve learned the importance of being proud of my journey and the path I’m carving out.

So, here I am, taking a big step forward and embracing my story. It’s not perfect, it’s not always smooth, but it’s mine, and I’m of it.

I couldn’t wait for this season of , as has been one of my favorite characters from the beginning. Of course, this season was all about the romance between her and Colin. Still, the main attraction for me was her self-trajectory until now, when she recognized herself in the mirror as a beautiful and powerful woman and not as an underdog/outsider as she had been feeling up until now pushed by society’s standards to feel like she didn’t belong.

This scene where she comes out to society as stuck in my head. Starts in a round room, where she is placed in the center, where everyone is looking at her, judging her, in altogether shock. As she starts to unravel her identity, instead of a revelation, it feels like a claiming scene; she is proud of herself and her work and OWNS IT!

It’s captivating as she continues to claim her other identity as Lady Whistledown. She invites society to reflect on themselves as if saying —you are all here looking and judging me when all you have been waiting for every week was to read my words.
I am here.
I am her.
And I stand beside my words.

So, dear gentle reader, if you have been feeling like an outsider today or lately, remember to look yourself in the mirror and find your worth because everybody is worthy.

We are constantly trying to fit according to the season's hottest expectations imposed by society. Mourning what your body used to be or isn't will get you nowhere.

Readers don't want to be oblivious and perpetuate the thought that fashion is futile! Nothing is more powerful than information or more fashionable than being knowledgeable. Fashion is also political, and it's about time to include multiple facets.

Why courage comes easy when we are kids and seem to suddenly disappear as we grow older?

character in Little Miss Sunshine is one of the best examples played in movies.

Olive is, simply, her true self. Olive doesn’t understand why someone can think something bad about her. She has the courage to be herself. Why is it simple to read but hard to apply?

It’s Monday, the first of the second half of the year 2021. After living more than a year of a life full of restrictions, the world started to open again.
➜ But are YOU ready to open yourself again?

I’m here to remind you that when you feel like you want to lean back, feeling afraid. What you actually have to do is lean forward into courage. Something will show up to help you, someone or something will make the courage appear. These are moments of true vulnerability. And these moments, are the ones you will remember for the rest of your life, the difficulty, the decisions you made.

🟣 Remember that is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgment that something else is more important than fear.

Don’t let other's judgments lay on you. Trust your guts and go forward.
