Sven Wunder will lead the Swedish Radio Jazz Group (Radiojazzgruppen) for a unique concert at Orionteatern in Stockholm on November 10. The concert will feature new music from Sven Wunder’s forthcoming album, performed by a large ensemble that includes a jazz rhythm section, a string section, and Amanda Whiting on harp. The concert will also be broadcast live on Jazzradion on Sveriges Radio P2.
The Swedish Radio Jazz Group was initiated in 1967 by Swedish Radio and has since been an important force for artistic renewal within Swedish jazz. In its current form, each production with Radiojazzgruppen is led by a guest musician and composer who is given the freedom to shape the concert based on their own musical universe. Next in line is Sven Wunder. Get tickets via Orionteatern!
