Twenty years ago today, Rico Rodriguez first touched down in San Esperito.

Today we celebrate two decades of explosions, grappling hooks, and groundbreaking open-world action. Across our studios in Stockholm & Malmö, we gathered to eat cake and raise a toast. Whether you were here when it all began or joined the journey along the way, thank you for being part of it. Together we celebrate twenty incredible years of the franchise that put Avalanche Studios on the map.

Happy Birthday Just Cause! 🎈🥂

🎮 Celebrating Creativity at Our Internal GameJam! 🎮

Our internal Game Jam just wrapped up, and we are buzzing with the amazing creativity and innovation from our teams in both our Stockholm and Malmö studios.

New ideas took shape fast, resulting in a multiplayer hunting board game, a fast physics-driven 2v2 arcade sport game, a clay physics simulator, an automated workflow improvement, a creepy werewolf game, and more!

A massive thank you to everyone who participated and collaborated to create some truly awesome games and experiences!
