My wife and I had a horrible expereince with these people. Our one year old was traumatised as the instructor didn't even bother acclimatising her. According to the "swim God" Mike, its perfectly normal for a child to be hysterical in the pool on the first few occassions. Perhpas this statement comes from someone who has no experience with having kids. When we asked to cancel after the first "trial" lesson he avoided my calls and replied via mail that must must pay for the 2 months cancellation. I feel sorry for the poor instructors who work there as they seem to be nice guys. Matt is arrogant and pompous and there are quite a few horror stories about him and his school, from him using land not zoned for a swimming school to blacklisting a poor client who when she applied for a bond a few years ago, couldnt qualify due to Matt and his motly crews lack of compassion. But he will be taken to task, trust me on this. From coming from a "bankrupt: home, it is surprising that he shows such little compasson for those who reach out to him. I will keep you updated. My advice: stay away from these people and tell anyone interested in swimming to steer clear of this horrid school.
