📣 DMC PRODUCTION ADDS DANISH PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL TO NORDIC CENTRALIZED PRODUCTION NETWORK! 📣

DMC Production and Superligaen A/S have formed Matchday Production, a new production company based in Copenhagen. Starting in 2024, Matchday Production’s centralized production center will produce more than 800 matches’ live coverage across Divisionsforeningen’s 3F Superliga, NordicBetLiga, 2nd Division, 3rd Division, as well as Oddset Pokalen.

Today is the ATP Tour250 week premiere in Båstad during Nordea Open Tennis after a thrilling WTA125 week with many exciting matches! It is the first time these two tennis weeks are remotely produced, seamlessly capturing and broadcasting exhilarating matches. Advanced technology and skilled coordination ensured a top-notch viewing experience for global audiences. During this ATP week, we have a six-camera setup including super slo-mo. The Director, audio and slo-mo operator are operating from Stockholm together with a graphics operator in London and a shader from our broadcast center in Oslo. We are very proud to be working with skilled photographers with the endurance to withstand some long days in the summer heat on the center court!

Contracted by Southfields, DMC together with The Crew broadcasted on Saturday and Sunday Moto GP for Ziggo Sport. Friday evening we did a special edition of Race Cafe from start and finish.

Today is not only the day before Norway’s famous Constitution Day, the 17th of May 🇳🇴 but also Norway’s annual football day with the highest number of football matches produced during 24 hours! Incredible efforts by everyone involved in today’s productions - without you this machinery stops! To summarize today in numbers we completed 8 x VAR productions for Eliteserien and 8 x football matches for OBOS-ligaen across Norway!

🏁 RallyX Nordic has been growing in popularity in the Nordics, and we are very honored to be a part of this year's Nordic championships with our brand-new UHD OB unit and support trailer. The premiere weekend was in Nysum, Denmark with rounds 1 and 2 shortly followed by rounds 3 and 4 in Tierp, Sweden last weekend. In two weeks' time, we will travel to Kouvola in Finland for the third race weekend.

The first RallyX weekend in Nysum marked the first Nordic production for our UHD OB unit, which has completed its final configurations over the past months. "Everyone has been looking forward to this first production with excitement, seeing all the new technology go live as well as our growing organization being welded together and of course having fun on-site" says Jens Envall, CTO. The production in Nysum was accomplished together with the crew from DMC Production and a local Danish crew in order to use local resources efficiently.

The general technical setup for this 1080p broadcast consists of the following equipment:
– 6 Grass Valley LDX98 Cameras incl 3x super slo-mo and wireless camera link from Vislink
– FUJINON Lenses 14x to 107x
– ENG camera
– FPV drone
– Effect cameras for broadcast and race control
– PTZ cameras for studio
