Wanna know the BPM figures for ? Here they are: Sam had an average BPM of 120. Nils had 88. Long curves of heart rate = you are in balance. Sticky curves = not in same balance.

Sweden’s best chess player Nils Grandelius challenged USA’s super talent Sam Sevian in a 2-game rapid duel with time control 15′ + 10″. The event took place on January 5, 2016, at 8.30 PM CET, in Swedish capital Stockholm.

Chess fever in Sweden! is already preparing for the Sam Sevian, USA vs. Nils Grandelius. We use a regular DGT-board when it's time for showdown January 5 at 8.30 PM CET.

WORLD PREMIERE!
The Duelists Sam Sevian and Nils Grandelius will use heart rate monitor during the two rapid games on Expressen TV January 5, 20:30 CET.
Anders Nilsson is the trainer with this program, Heartmath. Anders Nilsson was one of the key figures behind the swedish U21 national team's gold medal in European Championship in football this summer.
The goal with Heartmath is that the athlete can better control their inner feelings and stay "in the zone" and perform at their best when it comes to most.
Television viewers will now for the first time see how the feelings are of chess players in the midst of a dramatic game.
