Hi everyone. Is us from Sailing Merewether. We’d like to share with you the reason we’ve paused posting videos.

As you know, if you followed our adventures, having the twins on the boat in such a humid and hot place was very difficult. They were struggle. We therefor made the hard decision to sell Merewether ll and priorities our family. We have moved on to land, to Sweden to be close to the support network we need and give the kids the best possible childhood we can provide for them. And be the best version of parents we can be.

We have not said goodbye to the sailing life. Kieran is already looking at new yachts (so if you see any you think we’d like send them over;) We want to give our kids a year or so to grow up on land before setting sail again.
We want to thank you all for your support through out the years, and hope you understand. There will be another Sailing Merewether video out there before you know it:))

New islands, new bikinis and some truly unbelievable new scenes. Another week cruising out here in the remote islands of Stockholm's archipelago, life couldn't get much better. Without a soul in sight we disconnect from the world with every deserted spot we find brings a larger and larger smile to our faces. We find another island to ourselves and complete our second stern anchor, bow line tie up. With the large task ahead of us on the hard, sailing will be a very scarce activity in the near future, so we're making every moment on this little vessel count.

Another week of summer and a proper sail into the outer archipelago of Stockholm. Isabelle shows off her home country in all its glory. We take the family sailboat and head far out to see what life is like within the thousands of islands of this amazing country. Tricky passages through shallow water make for testing hurdles as we push further and further out into the remote Baltic.

After many years of sailing the world theres one big question that hasn't been asked and in this episode that question finally comes out and we're excited to share this personal part of our lives with you all. Not to mention we have some Swedish islands to explore on the family IF 26 sailboat. Practicing anchoring by hand for a change and tying up to some of these amazing rocky islands has us feeling like novices haha.

Yes, after a year off the old youtube we've decided to pick the camera back up and it's not without HUGE news. This week we go through some of the future plans we have on Sailing Merewether. We've taken on two of the major oceans around the world but this new adventure could be our biggest yet! On a side note we are in Sweden, in the Stockholm archipelago. Isabelle's parents buys a little 26 foot IF and its our job to move the vessel from its marina to the family country house.
With being away from sailing for so long we're so stocked to get back into it🥰

#129 Welcome back!! This episode we share with you what we have been doing since arriving in Australia a couple of months ago. It's with a little heavy heart we announce that our beloved home is for sale, and that we have now moved out of her and onto land. Everything has its time and this feels like the right decision for us at this moment. But don't despair, we won't leave you just yet. In this episode we sail her down to Lake Macquarie, and beach Merewether... she get stuck on a sand bank and we need to call Marine Rescue for assistance. Hectic, hectic situation. We also test fly the SplashPro4 from SwellPro, a drone that can go in the water...I know right?! This one is truly incredible.
