Last week we had our Leadstar “Christmas week” where we join with Leadstars from all over Europe in our Stockholm office. This is a week filled with team activities, workshops, and festivities to top off the week 🎉Thank you to everyone who participated and we are ready to go into 2025 strong 💪

🌟How long have you been at Leadstar?
Almost 2 years.

🌟What is your favourite thing about working at Leadstar?
The fact that you have interactions with colleagues from all over the world on a daily basis. We have people from 20 different nationalities working from our office here in Stockholm, and plenty more from abroad.🌍

🌟What do you like best about living in Sweden?
It would have to be the sense of tranquility that you feel living here. Even in a big city like Stockholm, you don’t feel the hustle and bustle that you can easily feel elsewhere.

🌟What was your biggest surprise about living in Sweden?
Almost everybody speaks a very good level of English, even children! You definitely don’t need to speak Swedish to kick start your social and professional life here in Sweden.

🌟What advice would you give to someone thinking about applying to Leadstar Media?
Don’t hesitate about it! Regardless of the position or the department that you intend to apply for, Leadstar Media will provide you with a very dynamic onboarding process in order to boost your start.

We are very proud to say that Leadstar Media won the Affiliate Of The Year award at EGR Operator Awards 2022!🤩🏆🙌 Why did we win and why are we so proud over it?

We believe that we won it because we since 2009 always have had an infinite mindset, to constantly build better products today compared to yesterday. The purpose of the products and the intention of our visitors is always our main focus. Perfection doesn’t exist and possibilities always pop up if you make an effort to see them and share them. Together we strive to be a better organization and to have a greater culture today than yesterday.

We are learning new things every day, and we are learning it together as we have always had the focus to not recruit based on experience, but rather recruit based on talent. To develop talents to stars, and maybe even future legends. At Leadstar Media there is no room for short term thinking and short term solutions. It can have a positive impact on growth in the short term, but it does not have a positive impact on the infinite mindset, the infinite growth of the organization and of the people in the organization.

It was the first time we nominated Leadstar Media to the EGR awards. We felt the timing was right and that we really deserved to win it. We are very glad that the EGR jury felt the same! Thanks to EGR Global for the award and huge thanks to all our partners out there! But most love and energy we want to spend on all the amazing Leadstars, you are the best!❤️
