[Alma Members] Meet Haisam Mohammed. Haisam is the young founder and creative director of UNIFORM. A Scandinavian perfume house built out of the high-rises and innovating how we interact with perfume. Starting his first brand at the age of 16, Haisam has always had a passion for merging business and creativity. Despite his young age, Haisam is a well awarded and trustworthy advisor to numerous boards and has helped companies recognize and work towards a more inclusive workforce. He represents the new generation of entrepreneurs that bring in values such as equality, social sustainability, and flexibility into the foundations of their business.”

Please come and chat with us about our vegan, no alcohol, and award-winning perfume oils as-well-as discover your new summer scent. You will get a 20% ALMA member discount on our perfume oils and incense.

UNIFORM is a fragrance house built out of the Swedish high-rises, innovating how to interact with perfume. The scents are conceptualized in Stockholm, developed in Paris, and made in Grasse.

We're very excited about this week’s Lunch & Learn when weavers Åsa Pärson and Amica Sundström will join us. During the lunch they will present their new book, Konsten att Väva, and teach us the basics about Weaving.

At Lunch and Learn, we meet, eat and learn something new from a guest of honour. The event is arranged monthly for all Alma members to rsvp too.

[Alma members] Meet Charlie Andersson, the Nordic representative for textile powerhouse ShowTex, and Alma member since 2017.

With a background in theatre and exhibition production, his daily task now focus on supplying creatives around the world with fire proof fabrics for stage and event.

While not trading trading textiles, Charlie is a passionate art and designaddict often screening the action houses in town for uniqie pieces.

[Alma members ] Meet Stina Lönnkvist and Josefin Landgård, founders of CBD venture MANTLE, and Alma members since 2019.

With MANTLE, Stina and Josefin are building the wellness brand of the future: a premium health and beauty universe powered by cannabis. Their mission is to elevate wellness through self-care, and doin so through the love story between Scandinavian minimalism and Swiss precision in quality. At the core of MANTLE skincare is their own high-quality CBD - sun-grown, hand-harvested, and cold-extracted in Switzerland according to BioSuisse highest organic standards. In a still nascent and somewhat controversial market, Stina and Josefin are front-runners and innovators who are building the hype and knowledge for CBD as a super ingredient, just as much as for MANTLE itself.

Happy International Women's Day! Our third Alma Award Winner is Farvash Razavi.

Born in Iran, Farvash is an artist based in Sweden working at the intersection of art and technology. Farvash’s work has three core strands: one rooted deeply in Persian mythology, history, and ontology. Another addressing the de- and reconstruction of identity in relation to trauma, isolation, and the personal experience of war and migration. Stemming from her background in the field of chemistry, a third explores the relationship between matter and non-matter, the seen/unseen, and how matter can both materialise and disappear.

Her practice is realised on multiple territories, from minute material components to the scale of sculpture, installation and performance. Farvash’s works are micro-realities in which each reality holds its own systems of logic, matter, and persona – all entwined with personal anecdotes and trauma.


While she is concerned with the coming realities, she also has an enviable past; such as negotiating with the sports ministry of Iran for female stadium access, forcing Director of Pernod Ricard to lay down on the floor and do hypnosis as well as designed security features for banknotes worldwide. She holds two MA´s, Contemporary art (critical practice) from Royal College of art 2020, MFA Experience Design, Konstfack 2010.

Farvash is looking forward to getting to know other Alma members. At the moment we are planning to show some of her work in the house during 2021.
