I actually created this channel back in 2018, but I was way too shy to upload anything, even though I’ve had tons of videos over the years.🙈 Those who know me know how much I’ve always loved vlogging. 😜😎

With a little push from my husband, family, and friends, I finally got the courage to start… and here I am! 💃🥳 There might be a few mistakes along the way, so please don’t mind 🥲 I’m still learning and just enjoying the process. 💁‍♀

Quick & easy microwave Watalappan 🍮

Ingredients:
2 large eggs (or 3 small ones)
200g jaggery (or brown sugar)
4 tbsp fresh milk / coconut milk
Cardamom
Cashews (optional)

Steps:
Break and lightly whisk the eggs to a jug or bowl.
Add chopped jaggery and mix gently.
Pour in fresh milk or coconut milk.
Add a pinch of cardamom.
Mix everything.
Pour into a microwave-safe bowl.
Sprinkle cashews on top.
Microwave for 4 mins on high (or 5–6 mins on medium).
Chill in the fridge & enjoy! 🧊🍮
