To all fellow M1 subscribers.. do check your bills to look out for any fraudulent transactions…

Apparently, M1 allows these so-called third party transactions to be deducted via your telco bills even if they are unauthorised and without your consent.
What’s more frustrating, all my M1 bills are paid via Giro and I can’t contest not paying for unauthorised transactions.

My recent calls to customer service has been very disappointing becos all M1 does is to push the responsibility to Apple.
Truth is when u login to your Apple subscription, such transactions don’t exist and all legit purchases are deducted via my credit card instead.

According to M1 customer service, they insist that it’s not an oversight and there are some customers who wish to pay via telco..
To me, that’s simply advocating scams and fraudulent transactions.
In the first place, Apple requires credit card information to be entered for app purchases.
Being decades long M1 customers, I’m seriously disappointed with how M1 didn’t even attempt to investigate on the scams or frauds..!

Please call 1627 immediately to explicitly request M1 to block ur number from such illegitimate transactions.

Meanwhile, I’m just waiting for Apple’s email reply.
