On 23 November 2025, Expo AV and DK Studios were proud to support the Muslim Converts' Association of Singapore (MCAS) Darul Arqam 45th Anniversary Gala Dinner at Downtown East D’Marquee — graced by Assoc Prof Dr Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim, Acting Minister-in-charge of Muslim Affairs & Senior Minister of State (MHA), as Guest of Honour.

Together with NTUC Club, our team delivered full AVL support, while DK Studios crafted panoramic projection-mapping and content storytelling across the venue — blending visuals and heritage into one immersive experience.

Supporting SGFPC 2025 at Singapore EXPO - Proud of the Team Behind the Scenes

From 20–21 November, our crew had the privilege of supporting the Singapore Global Firefighting & Paramedic Challenge (SGFPC) at Singapore EXPO Hall 3.
(19 November was spent rehearsing and fine-tuning every technical detail.)

Working together with Pico Art International (SG), we provided full technical AVL management to keep every parade segment, demonstration and competition moment running smoothly.

Our production partner The Production Initiative (TPI) handled the multicam broadcast and live feeds, giving spectators a clear view of the action across all LED screens in the hall.

Clear, Powerful Audio with Martin Audio

We deployed our latest Martin Audio system for this event:
• 12 × WPC Line Array elements
• 4 × SX118 subwoofers
• 4 × Torus arrays

This setup delivered strong, even coverage across the hall — perfect for fast-moving demonstrations and crowd engagement.

High-Resolution Visuals

To keep every moment visible to the audience, we installed:
• Two 7m × 4m LED walls
• One 8m × 2m panoramic LED wall

All powered by the Fabulux Spider Series P2.9mm panels for sharp, bright visuals.

Broadcast & Camera Systems

Supporting TPI’s workflow, we supplied:
• Blackmagic cameras with Fujinon lenses
• Canon camera control systems for live shading and consistency

This ensured clean, reliable coverage from close-up action to wide arena shots.

Two days of live activity, one full day of prep, and countless moving parts. Our teams worked tirelessly to keep the entire technical setup running smoothly from start to finish.

We supported the Crossfire: Tenxi x MK (K-Clique) x lucidrari concert as the official AVL tech partner, together with NTUC Club.

Here’s a look at how Expo AV supported the 10th edition of the Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF 2025) at the Singapore EXPO — and the scale of work behind one of its most important stages.

For eight years, we’ve been behind the Festival Stage at APEX Hall 1, and 2025 was no different. Over three full days, from 12-14 Nov, our team delivered complete AVL support for keynotes, policy discussions, leadership conversations, technical insights, and hybrid sessions — all running back-to-back with tight transitions.

From audio clarity to visual consistency, our crew kept the stage steady. We deployed a 54 m-wide LED wall paired with six projected screens for live feeds and content, supported by lighting design that matched the tone of each session. On the broadcast front, we worked alongside our production partner, The Production Initiative (TPI) to integrate multicam and live-streaming operations at the Festival Stage within APEX Hall 1.

Behind the scenes were the people who make it all work — rapid turnovers, system checks, backstage coordination, and real-time adjustments across sound, lighting, LED, and projection. This team effort is what keeps the Festival Stage reliable under pressure.

Beyond APEX Hall 1, we also supported other halls across the venue with visual display setups and technical assistance, helping maintain consistency across the wider festival experience.

As SFF celebrates its 10th edition, we’re proud to look back on the many years we’ve supported its growth at APEX Hall 1 — from early fintech themes to today’s conversations on AI, digital banking, sustainability, and quantum innovation.

Today marks the first day of the Singapore FinTech Festival 2025 at the Singapore EXPO - and the energy inside APEX Hall 1 is unmistakable.

Expo AV is once again proud to be behind the technology at the Festival Stage, providing full AVL support and management — from immersive audio tech and a 54 m-wide LED wall to six short-throw projectors delivering live feeds and event visuals across six screens on the fly, supported by dynamic lighting design that complements the tone and rhythm of every conversation. Alongside our partner, The Production Initiative (TPI), we are also providing broadcast multicam system and live-streaming solution at the Festival Stage.

Working closely with Constellar Holdings and the organisers of SFF, our team has spent days in setup, preparation, and rehearsals to ensure seamless delivery for three days of global dialogue and innovation.

This 10th anniversary edition, themed “Technology Blueprint for the Next Decade of Finance,” explores how emerging technologies — from AI and quantum computing to tokenisation and green finance — are reshaping the world of finance.

And over at Hall 2, Expo AV supports one of the booths, extending our expertise beyond the stage to enhance on-ground engagement and experience.

As Day 1 unfolds, our team stands ready — lights set, cameras live, systems tuned — powering three days of meaningful, forward-looking dialogue at one of the world’s most influential fintech gatherings.

The venue’s pillar-less space and open height allowed each event to take on its own atmosphere — from elegant dinner segments to full celebration moments.

We supported NTUC Club with full AVL production to bring each moment to life:

19 Years of Celebrating Design with Red Dot!

On 15 October 2025, the Red Dot Design Awards once again lit up the iconic Capitol Theatre — and we’re proud that Expo AV has been part of this journey for the 19th year in a row.

Every year, our 3m x 3m LED wall has been a familiar sight on stage, framing the Red Dot logo. But this year, we took things a step further and extended the experience into the theatre itself:

• Our ACME SAGITTA lit the Capitol Theatre’s ceiling and interior façade in dramatic colour
• Our Panasonic PT-RZ120 projector animated the Red Dot logo across the dome ceiling
• With precision lighting programming, every award winner was glamorously lit as they took their walk on the catwalk stage
• Through expert sound and audio management, every music track set the right tone and every announcement resonated clearly, with our DJ tying it all together seamlessly

This is what we love about working on Red Dot year after year — not just the technology, but the professionalism and care that make sure design excellence is celebrated in a way that feels unforgettable.
