🔥 THE RESOURCE TOO VALUABLE TO LOSE 🔥

"Do not harm the oil and wine" - Revelation 6:6

In times of uncertainty and scarcity, we're reminded of the profound wisdom in Revelation 6:6.

When everything around us seems unstable, there's a divine instruction that speaks directly to our hearts: protect what truly matters.

You ARE the oil and wine that Heaven refuses to let be touched

"But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession" - 1 Peter 2:9

Every person in our community carries something that cannot be measured by earthly standards. Your unique gifting isn't just talent - it's Heaven's investment in the earth. Your spiritual maturity isn't just personal growth - it's currency in the Kingdom. Your anointing isn't just for you - it's for the transformation of cities and nations.

The oil and wine in our community represent the hope of the world.

"You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden." - Matthew 5:14

Every prophet, every dreamer, every carrier of unusual grace - you are Heaven's answer to earth's problems. When God looks at our community, He doesn't see expenses or burdens. He sees His most precious treasures - sons and daughters carrying the very presence that will shift atmospheres and change destinies.

So we guard it. We steward it. We release it.

"For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works" - Ephesians 2:10

Because when Heaven protects the oil and wine, cities are transformed and nations are discipled.

You are not just valuable - you are invaluable. You are not just gifted - you are Heaven's gift to the earth. You are not just anointed - you are the very oil and wine that God Himself commands to be protected.

What oil and wine is Heaven asking you to steward in this season? The world is waiting for what you carry

🔥 CALLING ALL KINGDOM BUILDERS 🔥
What if the difference between ordinary ministry and extraordinary kingdom impact lies in your hands?

The "Hand" gift isn't just about doing—it's about deaconic genius, the divine ability to serve with such excellence that communities are transformed, nations are shifted, and the impossible becomes inevitable. From the Wright Brothers' 12-second flight that changed aviation forever to Dr. Ben Carson's groundbreaking surgeries that saved lives, history's greatest breakthroughs came through individuals who discovered their "Hand" gift and wielded it with precision.

This rare gift, rooted in the early church at Smyrna where believers served with unwavering excellence even unto death, represents more than skill—it's your calling to be God's hands in a world desperate for His touch. Are you ready to discover the dormant genius in your hands and unlock ministry that doesn't just inspire, but transforms entire communities?

🔍 Do You Carry the “Eye” Gift and Not Know It?
There’s a reason some leaders see what others don’t.
Before a crisis ever hits, they discern the signs, redirect the mission, and preserve what others may lose.

This is no coincidence. It’s the “Eye” gift—a God-given prophetic insight meant to guide, guard, and govern with clarity in times of uncertainty.

But here’s the catch:
Too many pastors carry this gift… and never fully use it.
Not because they’re unwilling—
But because they’re over-tasked, under-affirmed, and unaware that what they’re sensing is sight, not stress.

👉 What if your constant alertness isn’t pressure—it's a prophetic signal?
👉 What if the restlessness you’ve been feeling is an invitation to recalibrate the future?

In our upcoming conference, we’re going deeper into the strategic power of the “Eye” gift—
Not just to avoid burnout, but to move with Kingdom foresight, recalibrate advance, and operate like Joseph…

A man who saw famine and turned it into favor.
This session is for seasoned pastors and leaders who want to:
✅ Lead with clarity, not just compassion
✅ Anticipate disruption and respond with Kingdom precision
✅ Shift from reactive leadership to revelatory movement

This online conference is for pastors and Kingdom leaders who:
✅ Discern future disruptions but aren’t sure what to do with them
✅ Feel a stirring that there’s more to how they’re meant to lead
✅ Carry a vision that's hard to explain—but refuses to go away
We’re diving into the “Eye” gift as a strategic Kingdom function—not just to help leaders survive, but to position them to lead with clarity in the days ahead.

This is more than a leadership workshop. It’s a realignment for seers, shepherds, and forerunners.

It’s a prophetic recalibration for Kingdom-minded leaders.

True bread and butter issue

In ministry and business, we often focus on managing time and money as key resources. However, the story of the healed l***r in Luke 17:11-19 offers a profound lesson about a third critical resource: gratitude.

Just as only one of the ten healed l***rs returned to give thanks, we must recognize that true stewardship begins with thanksgiving. This grateful heart transforms how we view and deploy all resources - whether financial or temporal - as gifts from God requiring faithful stewardship.

The returning l***r's act of thanksgiving teaches us that authentic resource management in faith-based organizations must start with acknowledging the source of all provision. Like this healed man who "came back, praising God in a loud voice" (Luke 17:15), our stewardship should first express gratitude before moving to allocation.

This positions us to receive not just physical healing or material provision, but the deeper spiritual wholeness Jesus referenced when He said, "Rise and go; your faith has made you well" (Luke 17:19).

This paradigm radically reframes our approach to asset management in ministry. When facing resource constraints, rather than asking "What do we lack?", we should first ask, "Have we properly acknowledged and given thanks for what we've already received?"

This shift from scarcity to gratitude opens our eyes to see God's provision in unexpected places, just as Jesus noticed and commended the one who returned.

The contrast between worldly business practices and kingdom principles becomes even sharper through this lens. While secular systems might view gratitude as optional or merely transactional, faith-based organizations must recognize thanksgiving as fundamental to their operational DNA.

This transforms how we view and develop human capital: Gratitude culture precedes a winning strategy - beginning all resource decisions with thanksgiving.

- Community appreciation - regularly acknowledging and celebrating each person's contributions

- Wholeness-focused development - nurturing both professional skills and spiritual growth

- Servant leadership - modeling Christ's attention to and appreciation of individual faith responses

This gratitude-centered approach to resource stewardship doesn't reject sound business principles but sanctifies them through thanksgiving.

Like the returning l***r, it recognizes that all provision - whether talent, time, or treasure - deserves acknowledgment and praise to God.

True prosperity flows not from mere efficient management but from grateful stewardship that glorifies the Giver of all good gifts.

Modalities is a model of leadership emergence developed over time through a culmination of sovereign foundations, biblical archetype and discovery diagnostics" - Campus set-up, King’s College Seminary

Congrats to the front-runners in the key persons of interest outreach. We’ll be working with kpi’s in frontier missional settings with test scores in the 70% - 90% percentile range as this 47 week asset build out will require some self-awareness and self-organised learning and leadership application.

Lazarus Saddique - Pakistan - 85%
Leonore Almanzor - Philippines - 84%
Rowena Law-agey - Philippines - 85%
Ursa. Sally Salvino - Philippines - 88%
Ria Cuagat - Philippines - 82%

From 1 May 2025 - 1 May 2026 we’ll be looking to recruit 7,000 kpi’s across rural parts of Asia and the Middle-East in areas that have traditionally been off-limits to christian evangelism and world missions.

We will focus on 7 or 8 different areas of campus set-up: establishing private communities, live masterclasses, production sprints, personalised feedback, learning resource centres, ai co-pilots, plus-one team access and biz dev accelerators.

During this beta phase, our plan accommodates 1,000 respondents, with the scoreapp's capacity scalable to 3,000, 5,000, and beyond industry-standard levels. We welcome collaboration to reach your associates in remote locations worldwide. With advance notice, we can set up a tracking system for one-on-one follow-up for executive mentoring and personal coaching.

Please allocate sufficient uninterrupted time (approx 60 - 90mins) to complete this test so we can kick-start the key pastors of influence (KPI) experience in your area. Note, once you leave the page or close the dialogue box, you’ll have to start from the beginning again.

Read each question carefully, then read them again. You will need to set aside sufficient time to ensure completion of each of the 90 asks. Remember there are 7 different types of personality as listed in the Bible so it’s good if you consider this in your answers. Feel free to retake the quiz as many times as you need, and we'll use your highest score.

When You're Wrong, You're Right!

In Jesus' ministry, we see powerful examples of being 'wrong' yet right through divine wisdom. When He allowed the woman with the issue of blood to touch Him, He was technically 'wrong' according to Levitical law, yet this led to a miraculous healing and demonstration of faith. His interaction with the Samaritan woman at the well broke social and religious customs, yet resulted in an entire community coming to faith.

Consider Jesus' actions that appeared 'wrong' yet served God's higher purpose. When He forcefully overturned the tables in the temple, this seeming violation of peace revealed a deeper truth about holy zeal and the sanctity of worship. Even His healing on the Sabbath, which religious leaders condemned as breaking God's law, demonstrated that showing mercy transcends rigid legalism. These examples remind us that God's wisdom often operates contrary to human logic, and what appears as inconsistency to the world may be perfect alignment with divine purpose.

"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the LORD (Isaiah 55:8)

Consider also Jesus' apparent 'failure' on the cross - what seemed like defeat became the greatest victory in human history. When He delayed helping Lazarus, appearing to make the 'wrong' choice by not coming immediately, it led to an even greater miracle of resurrection. Even His silence before Pilate, which seemed like a tactical error, fulfilled prophecy and accomplished God's perfect plan.

Today's challenges require this same counter-intuitive wisdom. In our ministries and communities, what appears as failure by worldly standards often becomes the fertile ground for God's greatest work. Whether it's embracing apparent weakness, choosing mercy over judgment, or practicing radical forgiveness, we must trust God's higher ways.

This isn't just about accepting failure - it's about recognizing that God's definition of success often contradicts human wisdom. When we serve in ways that seem foolish to the world, we may be most aligned with divine purpose. As Paul wrote, "For the foolishness of God is wiser than human wisdom" (1 Corinthians 1:25).

As we lead and serve, we must remember that our 'mistakes' in God's hands become miracles, our weakness becomes His strength, and our apparent losses become eternal victories. This is the paradox of kingdom leadership - through seeming failure, God's glory shines brightest.
