Meet Agathe Berman and Ludo Smolski, mentors for The Pitch Room (Pitching).

Agathe Berman and Ludo Smolski bring decades of international experience in story development, pitch strategy and screen project development. Together, they have worked with filmmakers, producers and broadcasters across Europe and beyond, helping projects evolve from strong ideas into compelling pitches for the global marketplace.

Agathe is an internationally recognised pitch expert who has led pitching sessions and workshops for organisations including Series Mania, Midpoint Institute, Eurodoc and the Cannes Film Festival. She will help participants strengthen their pitch performance and communicate their stories with clarity, confidence and impact.

Ludo is a development consultant and story editor who has worked on acclaimed feature films and television projects, while mentoring writers and producers through institutions such as the National Film & Television School (UK), Series Mania and Biennale Cinema College. He will guide participants in refining their pitch decks, project positioning and story materials.

Together, they will lead The Pitch Room (Pitching) masterclass, helping selected teams strengthen both how they pitch and what they pitch in preparation for international commissioners, buyers and partners.

Meet Fiona Lamptey, mentor for Story to Market (Original IP).

Fiona Lamptey is a BAFTA-winning producer and founder of Fruit Tree Media with more than 20 years' experience developing and producing award-winning film and television. Formerly Director of UK Film at Netflix, she has overseen acclaimed productions including The Wonder, The Kitchen, Scoop and the Academy Award-nominated short film The After. Earlier in her career, she spent nine years at Film4, where her slate included Four Lions, Attack the Block and the pilot for The End of the F**ing World*.

As mentor for the Story to Market (Original IP) masterclass, Fiona will guide selected teams in developing stronger stories with international appeal, helping them shape projects that resonate creatively while positioning them for commissioners and global audiences.
