This is a throwback picture to when my kids were 1 year younger, 2, 4 & 6. I miss Hannah's and Wafiy's long hair and at this point I was wishing that my second born, Yusha, don't have to suffer like he did.
While doctors in SG still don't officially support the whole theory of Topical Steroid Withdrawal(from my experiences), I still believe that is what he went through when we withdrew from the creams and such. I remembered his skin was as red as a lobster and he was shedding skin even I cannot believe that it was really happening. We eventually got him back onto the creams and he became so much better. But his skin remains sensitive up to today.

He is the biggest why I am on this platform. I need that time to look after him, give extra attention to him. I cannot afford to go back to the workforce, the 9-5 or the shift hours just yet knowing that my boy has special skin condition that takes a lot of patience and taking care of.

May God make his condition go away and recognise my sacrifice and make my journey here a blessed one🫶😇

I saw this photo in my gallery and can't stop myself from smiling. My daughter shares the same kind of obsession over stationeries and bookshops are our favourite place to be at. I have to eventually tell her to control her spendings at the school bookshop because she's been coming home with different coloured pens every other day.

When was the last we took a moment to feel GRATEFUL?

Being a SAHM to 3 kids in bustling SG is really no easy feat. Keeping up with the fast paced and ever changing school standards is challenging. Even making them sleep all at the same time is already very frustrating most days.

Of course I feel that I am not doing myself any favour by letting this sourish feeling go on.

Self care comes very rarely but I try not to forget it. Behind this struggling mom is a very cheeky one, its hidden under the armour.When I am on mom duty I would tease, dance and sing with the kids just so I can be myself and also for my kids to see the naggy mommy is also a fun mom. Ive learnt to just drop some things and just go with the fun. Like what you ask?? DROP THE CHORES. Stop for the day and just head out! Can house-chores ever be done? Been a SAHM for 7 years and it has never felt like it has.

Its tough on some days but I feel grateful that despite the tough days, I have this fighting spirit that tells me not to give up and to make it work.

One of my ways to destress is to take learning and work outdoors. And today is that day! I have taken for granted how this digital business is actually very convenient. Here I am overlooking the kids with their revision and also working on this business at the same time. What's even better is, I have my favourite coffee to accompany me through this time? Who else loves a good cup of Starbucks coffee? here =)

I have a sister from another mother. Not related by blood but bonded by our good memories and how we just click! A friendship blossomed since year 2005. She is one I look up to, find comfort in and laugh out loud with 🤍 To many more memories with my bestie here. Now who says besties are only for the young generation, besties aged through time is definitely one that comes through as the stronger one. And I love how I can always find time for her despite being very busy with the home, duties and kids🤍

Making sure I have time for the people that care for me is truly important 🤍

I make it a habit to make time for outdoor activities with the kids. You see at home, the chores are never done, its a cycle and then there are those that accumulate. And then I have the mummy duties.

Chaos and noise is normal and silence is scary because you know silence is when a ‘ kids project’ is happening🤪

Love my tribe so much. We spend so much time together! Bedtime, adventure time, eating time, chilling time, playing time, groceries run time! I would even travel with them on a bus or a train to anywhere because I know they will stick around like glue. Just momma bear and the cubs! And Ive always been told ‘wow supermummy, 3 young kids’ actually in reality I am no super mummy, its really just me being blessed with kids who loves my adventures and would take that walk and ride with me!❤️

I was browsing through my photo gallery and came across this and 😂 Im laughing hard at how bossy my daughter is because halfway through she asked her siblings if they are cleaning up! At least twice!

And it became funnier when she wanted to do something else, she put down the phone and said to her ‘audience’ ‘wait for 1 hour please’ when in reality minutes would make more sense😂
