这绝对是我在新加坡吃过最好吃的卤面! 😍🍜
这家新美香卤面从第一家在old airport road 那里开业至今已经有52年历史了耶！ 这家的卤面老实说并不是我第一次来吃了，因为吃过他们家的面之后，之后去其他家我还是觉得他们家的是最棒最美味的！
他们家的卤汁绝对是整碗面的灵魂，老板说他们家的卤汁是以鱼骨,猪骨,多种香料以及秘方去调制，而且鱼肉也是选用了优质巴当鱼而不是外面普遍的多莉鱼哦！
卤面的猪肉方面也是采用了五花肉和猪颈肉，不只更美味还让你的口感更丰富更有层次感！

Xin Mei Xiang Lor Mee has been around for an impressive 52 years since its first outlet opened at Old Airport Road!
To be honest, this isn't my first time here, because after trying their noodles, I still think they're the best and most delicious! Their braising sauce is the soul of the entire dish.
The owner shared that their secret sauce is made with fish bones, pork bones, various spices, and a special recipe. Plus, they use high-quality Batang fish instead of the commonly used Dory fish!
Their pork is also carefully selected, using pork belly and pork collar, making it not only more flavorful but also richer in texture! They now have 7 outlets across the island! If you haven't tried it yet, hurry and give it a go!
