ဒီးမောဆိုမြို့နယ်အတွင်း စစ်ကောင်စီတပ်များ၏ အရပ်သားပြည်သူများအား လူသားဒိုင်းကာအဖြစ် ဖမ်းဆီးအသုံးချခြင်းနှင့် မတရားပစ်ခတ် သ-တ်ဖြတ်ခြင်း
၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ် ၊ သြဂုတ်လ (၈) ရက်နေ့တွင် ဒီးမော့ဆိုမြို့နယ်အတွင်းသို့ စစ်ကြောင်းထိုး ဝင်ရောက်လာသော စစ်ကောင်စီတပ်သားများသည် အရပ်သားပြည်သူများကို မတရားဖမ်းဆီးခြင်း ၊ အကြောင်းရင်းမရှိ တမင် ပစ်ခတ်သ-တ်ဖြတ်ခြင်း နှင့် လူသားဒိုင်းကာအဖြစ် အသုံးချခြင်းတို့ကို ရက်စက်စွာ ကျူးလွန်နေသည်။
ဒီးမော့ဆိုမြို့နယ်အတွင်းသို့ စစ်ကြောင်းထိုးဝင်ရောက်လာခဲ့သော စစ်ကောင်စီစစ်ကြောင်း အချို့တွင် အရပ်သားပြည်သူများအား ဒိုင်းကာသဖွယ် အသုံးပြု၍ စစ်ကြောင်း၏ အရှေ့ဆုံးမှ သွားလာစေခိုင်းခြင်း ၊ ၎င်းတို့၏ စစ်သုံးပစ္စည်းများအား သယ်ဆောင် စေခိုင်းခြင်းများကို လုပ်ဆောင်ခဲ့သည့် မှတ်တမ်းအချို့အား မိမိတို့ KNDF မှ ရိုက်ယူထားနိုင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့အတူ စစ်ကြောင်းထိုးဝင်ရောက်ခဲ့သည့် ကျေးရွာတစ်ရွာ၏ လမ်းမကြီးပေါ်တွင် ဆိုင်ကယ်ဖြင့် ဖြတ်သန်းဝင်ရောက်လာမိသည့် ပြည်သူများကိုလည်း အမေးအမြန်းမရှိ တမင်ပစ်ခတ်ခြင်း ၊ ဖမ်းဆီးခြင်းများကိုလည်း ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည့် မှတ်တမ်းအား ရယူနိုင်ခဲ့သည်။
စစ်ကောင်စီ၏ တပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်များမှာ စစ်ရေးပစ်မှတ်မဟုတ်သော အရပ်သားပြည်သူများအား ဥပဒေမဲ့ မဆင်မခြင် ဖမ်းဆီး၍ နှိ-ပ်စ-က်ညှ-င်းပ-န်းခြင်း ၊ သ-တ်ဖြတ်ခြင်း ၊ လူသားဒိုင်းကာအဖြစ် အသုံးပြုခြင်း စသည့်စစ်ရာဇဝတ်မှုများကို အရှက်တရားကင်းမဲ့စွာ ထပ်ခါတလဲလဲ ပေါ်ပေါ်ထင်ထင် ကျူးလွန်နေသည်။
အထက်ပါအခြေအနေများကြောင့် အများပြည်သူများ၏ လုံခြုံရေးအတွက် အထူးတိုက်တွန်းလိုသည်မှာ မြေပြင်စစ်ရေး အခြေအနေများအရ စာအမှတ် - KNDF/၁/၂၀၂၅ (၀၀၄) ၊ ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ် ၊ သြဂုတ်လ (၁၀) ရက်နေ့ ရက်စွဲဖြင့် ထုတ်ပြန်ထားသော လွိုင်ကော် - ဒီးမော့ဆို - ဖရူဆို ပြည်ထောင်စုလမ်းမကြီး နှင့် လမ်းမကြီးအပေါ် ဖြတ်သန်း သွားလာသော လမ်းသွယ်များအား အသုံးပြုသွားလာခြင်း လုံးဝ မပြုလုပ်ရန် အသိပေးထုတ်ပြန်ချက်အား အလေးထား လိုက်နာပေးကြပါရန် အထူးတိုက်တွန်းအပ်ပါသည်။

Arresting and Using Civilians as Human Shields by Military Junta Troops in Demoso Township
On August 8, 2025, the military junta troops that launched an offensive into Demawso Township brutally carried out unlawful arrests of civilians, deliberate shootings and killings without cause, and the use of civilians as human shields.
In some of the junta columns that advanced into Demoso Township, civilians were forced to walk at the very front as shields for the military column. They were also forced to carry their military equipment. The KNDF was able to capture some records of these incidents. Likewise, on the main road of a village where the junta troops advanced, civilians traveling by motorbike were deliberately shot and arrested without any questioning, and this was also recorded.
The junta soldiers, who are members of the military council, have shamelessly and repeatedly committed war crimes such as unlawfully arresting and torturing non-combatant civilians, executing them, and using them as human shields.
Due to the above situation, for the safety of the general public, it is strongly urged to strictly follow the official notice issued under Reference No. KNDF/1/2025 (004), dated August 10, 2025, which warned against traveling on the (Loikaw – Demawso – Hpruso) Highway Road and the connecting roads leading to it, due to the ground military conditions.
