Oh! HOKKAIDO Soup Curry in Singapore? This may not be the first (remember Suage and SAMA?) but Soup Curry by Ki-setsu definitely got people queuing.

Waited about 20 minutes. My fav part?

All the vegetables in the bowl 🥦🍆🥕🥔, with lotus root, eggplant, potato, carrots and more, all flash-fried with quite different textures. Mmmm.

The curry itself was easy to drink, though I wanted a little more warmth and ‘oomph’ from the spices. Next time, I will try a level spice up.

Oh a side note, Fortune Centre really has quite a number of dining gems. Must really explore.

Soup Curry by Ki-setsu – NEW Hokkaido-Style Soup Curry Eatery At Fortune Centre With Chicken, Vegetables And Customisable Spice https://danielfooddiary.com/2026/09/26/soupcurrybykisetsu/

Oh, a Hokkaido-style soup curry eatery near Bugis? Fortune Centre has its fair share of dining gems, a knack for 'collecting' slightly niche Japanese food (like Onigiri Gon), and there is now another reason to head up to Level 4. Soup Curry by Ki-setsu specialises almost entirely in Sapporo-style so...
